There is something not right about the business practices of this company. It's almost like they purposely sabotage you and then try to charge you again whether you received their service or not. This company should be shut down. Worst customer experience I have ever had. my advice is to first seek out any other competitors before dealing with PSI. In fact, if there are no competitors just don't do business at all with PSI. BBB should really take a hard look at the business practices of this company. This company does not deserve the one start im forced to rate.PSI Services LLC

October I signed up to take the exam online in my home. After an hour of the ******* picking my office apart I get 30 mins into the exam and can't even finish since their online calculator was missing % and X keys. The ******* chatted back saying she could get IT on the chat to help. I was so flustered at this point I couldn't keep chatting so I called IT and I'm told they will put a rush to have this investigated and would contact me back in a few days. Several weeks have passed *** I have heard nothing back. So I scheduled my exam in person and took it today but they didn't include the state portion of the exam. So I called **************** and again they are supposed to be putting a rush to get these exams scheduled on the same day so I can avoid paying $53 for each exam. I was told they should get back to her in 2 days and I will be notified of their plans then they will email once they fix it and it could be a week. This is the craziest thing I have gone through! I am licensed in ***** and had no issues with ******* view..maybe ****************** should read reviews on this company before hiring them to do their testing!PSI Services LLC

Yes I have scheduled but I was never contacted back when I was told they were going to review the situation when I couldn't finish the exam due to missing keys on the exam calculator causing me to loose $53, then I rescheduled and took it in person and was not scheduled for the whole exam like I thought I had seeing you didn't have that option available to me to take both state and national. So again I am out $53 dollars and having to retake it once again! It's a joke seeing I am a licensed agent in another state and had no problems with person view when they did my exam and I passed ***** try!Review fromCOLLEEN B

Absolute worst **************** of any company by far. Who even are these people and how are they in business? They cost me my real estate license due to every employee they have being completely inept at the most simple things. They don't listen when you talk, expect to be on hold for about an hour just to be transferred around repeatedly. Employees all barely speak English and are incredibly rude. Will hang up randomly, on chat they'll just not respond for 30 mins+. My new and current exam issue is their requirement to show ** in the Webcam. For my exam I tried THREE brand new, expensive high quality web cams. All showed my ** as blurry when close to the camera. You could make out my name but not much else. They refuse to let you email it for comparison and have literally no other options. Their soonest available appt time was at 4:30am. I was desperate so i took it. 3 hours later customer support says i have to reschedule yet again because of the ** issue and their lack of options. If you ask for a manager they refuse. Its just incredible how absolutely horrendous this company and its employees are. If you want to hate yourself and be miserable, use them I guess.PSI Services LLC

I am convinced that I could take the exam and purposely miss every single one and still only miss my one. Coworkers and I have taken exams repeatedly and receive the same thing "missed by 1 point". Their systems crashed as I finished my test the last time. I do not trust them at all, they are making bank off working people. The last time I scheduled the same exam the person scheduling it giggles and says you will pass ** this time. I have passed * exams on the first try and this one failed 4 times. This is a racket and should be investigated.PSI Services LLC

This company *****. I was suppose to take my ** Broker exam at 8am eastern time, Tried signing on at 7:30 so I could get everything done, website no response. Contacted psi by phone number given was then told office was closed because of time differences then when I did get someone online the guy in the call center that answered me told me I couldn't take my test I was marked absent because I didn't show ** in time, I stated I was there but the website was done, he preceded to tell me that I would just have to take the course over. Who has the money now my Aniexty is over the edge because I wanted to take my test and now this. Like I am disabled and wanted to do something different that wouldn't affect my life but would help others and after months of class I get to the final day and this. PSI ***** in so many ways. This needs to be resolved in a better way. This is the number that I called and the guy whom didn't speak good English told me I needed to take classes again... who paying . I don't have money to waste.. why would the ceshop use themPSI Services LLC

1 starHorrible customer service and no one speaks clear english. They are highly unprofessional and no one seems to know what they are doing. Their website doesn't work correctly and when you speak to someone they don't know how to assist you with technicalities. Worst customer experience I have ever had. I was scheduled to take my exam on 10/18/22. Going through all of the pre exam stuff with the ******* and the live feed freezes. Tech support suggests restarting. Same thing happens again. Call tech support again. They say they have to conduct an investigation and will get back to me within 48 hours. I have called them 4 times since and no updates and they refuse to give me a refund. I will never use this company if I don't have to again. Every time I have dealt with them they have been an absolute nightmare. One of their ******** was so uneducated in their field that they literally tried to refuse my certificate of completion and tried to tell me that I needed to pay to take the test again. Spent almost a week emailing and calling ****** university (the course certificate provider) and the *************************** before they just let me schedule without paying. I cannot believe that they are still in business.PSI Services LLC

I'd give 0 stars to this company if I could. I took a real estate exam remotely which I understand why they're concerned with cheating and the alike but I did everything my ******** told me to do, had to relaunch over 4 times and after an hour of waiting to take my state exam. I find it extremely unprofessional with what I dealt with this morning. They said we couldn't use scratch paper and that our credit cards are valid secondary IDs in the bulletin, on the test told me they cannot use the credit card as a secondary ID when their thing states otherwise. Also I was allowed to have scratch paper during the exam according to the test. The information doesn't line up with what they give you. The ******* had kicked me off even after knowing my entire workstation since it needs to be shown to them(panoramic view around the room you're in when you begin) just bc I looked at my scratch paper that she knew was there. I only had 20questions left and had spent 3 hours of time between the test and all other inconveniences that had to be dealt with.PSI Services LLC

Horrible company, poor ****************.
It was humilating trying to change my last name due to a divorce. I called the ****************. I sent the proper paperwork They had requested to the email they provided. I called again to confirm the name change. They told me it was changed. I went to the testing site and they did not have the name changed. I was not able to test that day. This happened more then once. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. I would NOT recommend anyone waste there money!

Terrible online testing services! * They took over 2hrs to administer the cosmetology test. * My test results was garbled immediately following the test. I contacted PSI to have test reviewed they advised I made two violations, and they failed to tell me why my results were scrambled. The ******* was rude, and made me very uncomfortable.PSI Services LLC
