      0 stars. Took my exam 6 weeks ago and they had the wrong spelling of my last name. Ive called to get the pass certificate updated 5 times and each time its being on hold for over 30 minutes with someone who doesnt speak English very well telling me that they have escalated my situation and they are sending an email up the chain. 6 weeks and still havent received the simple correction. I dont know what to do.

      The worse testing center I have ever used!! This company has a Online Proctored Examination but what a nightmare. They make you show the whole area you are testing over 15 times. They keep asking to see more and more areas to play games. I have many professional license and I have taken many test but never have I been treated like a criminal like this company makes you feel. It's a shame they are the only option to take a test for ** license if you don't live in the state. Also you can't get a hold of anyone but tech support which they won't transfer you to a manager.

      After 40 days they still cannot schedule my **************** *********** Exam. March 3rd; created new login on their website and uploaded education requirements from accredited source for Washington RE Exam. I then received a generic email telling me to wait 24hours for some kind of ID information for scheduling while they verify education credits. Over the course of the next 10 days I spent at least 45 minutes to 2 hours on the phone being transferred 5 - 7 times often between the same departments. At no point in time did they tell me there was a scheduled "system migration" that would occupy the month of March and prevent **************** exam scheduling and licensing. I had to find out by ********** ********** of ********* whom said they did in fact know of this and was/is equally disturbed by having students reach out to ********** of *********. AMP/PSI has "escalated" my "case"(verifying a single course educational credit requirement to take broker exam) they have escalated my case more than 5 times now since 1st week of March. At least every other time I talk with support 1 of 5 or 7 agents hangs up on me. So far, out of the 3 "ticket/reference" id numbers given to associate my "case" no other agent has been able to pull up information with. Basically, I have to explain the same thing over and over again to every one of these 5 - 7 agents every time I call. this company should not be anywhere near scheduling exams. Wasted over ******************************************** wrong information.

      I was cheated out my ********* LLE exam here in ********* on May 14th and in ******** testing centers both locations ********** locations. I would like that to be investigation into it and I want ********* LLE License mailed to me after the investigation is done. Please And thank you

      I had an exam on 3/27, I woke up on 3/26 sick. I called PSI on 3/26 to ask them how rescheduling works and they told me since I didnt let them know 48 hours in advance that I couldnt, but then they told if I got a doctors note I could. So I spent hours at the doctor and finally got my note and I called them back after and emailed them the doctors note. They told me that a supervisor approved it so I did not go to my exam the next morning because they told me it was approved. They told to call back on 3/27 to reschedule so I did and then they told me to call back 24 hours after my scheduled exam time so I called at noon on 3/28 and they had me send the note again. Then they said they could not approve it so now I have to spend $60 on another background check and another $100 on an exam. ABSOLUTELY disgusting business

      I recently completed the ************** Building General Contractors Exam on March 13, 2024. When I submitted the exam, I was notified that I had failed. I was then prompted to review the exam. After reviewing my exam it was apparent there were several errors on the grading. For example if the correct answer on a question was rafter my answer was also rafter but the answer was marked with an x saying it was wrong. PSI displayed the correct answer next to it: rafter. This happened 8 times on different questions on my exam. I was graded at a 58/90. My correct score should have been 66/90 if the scoring was applied correctly (I needed a 63/90 to pass, but regardless the test should be graded correctly).I have already contacted PSI directly, and spoke with *********************** (Supervisor) on 3/20 at 12:17pm. ****************** requested that I reach out to the ****************** directly. ****************** also stated that this occurred to 4 other test takers that she knows of. The receptionist at the ****************** also informed me that I am one of ***** people this has happened to over the past weeks. The ****************** says there is nothing to do and PSI solely is responsible for the test. I have been told by PSI that there is investigation in process but they will only say this over the phone and I have received no responses to any emails. Additionally they will not give any estimated time on completion of the investigation. I would simply like my test to be regraded by a person and my correct score resubmitted to the ********************** Ticket #*******

      I took my **** contractor business law and project management test on 2-15-2024. The test had alot of bad spelling and misrepresented questions when it came to the accounting questions. I have spoke to the same representative and have been told twice a manager will call me. It is now the 20th of February and still no response. When I asked for a number or email they say there isn't one. For a professional testing center, it's a joke. How does the state use a hack company like them? I feel I should be allowed to retest with a different test. I'm beyond frustrated and feel like I'm screwed. Reading all these other complaints on bbb within just the past few months is depressing. They put you off so they don't have to deal with their own problems. Very unprofessional. I spoke to a board member for the state and they said I wasn't the first one to call that week about the same test. Taking a test is already nerve wracking, and to try to interpret and read a question that makes no sense or can't even be spelled correctly makes mine or anyone's nerves even worse. I wish someone with state or higher authority can step in and get this company under control. Very disappointing.

      Applied to take a test for licensing. My state refers you to PSI. Terrible customer **********************. Contradictory information on their website. Runaround IF you get through to customer **********************. **** and non English speaking representatives. I wouldn't leave even 1 star if possble.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been trying to schedule my exam for over a month and a half (due to their error). I have asked to speak to supervisors and have been hung up on or just refused to be transferred. This is outrageous.

      Horrible test-taking service and thankfully I only had to use them once. Came in to the testing center in *******, ** and upon emptying my pockets, one of my items was a handkerchief that I use for a chronic runny nose from burn pit exposure in *************** (I'm a Navy veteran). The ******* mandated that I wear a mask as she just assumed I had covid and threatened to call the *** and cancel my part 107 exam if I wouldn't comply. Extremely unprofessional and rather discriminatory.
