      I should not have to click a star because this PSI does not deserve a rating. This is a terrible company. I have tried to get PSI customer ********************** reps. to correct an issue that has occurred on their end. I have called 4 days with at least ******************************************************************************* to another rep. until the phone call finally hangs up. They do not take customer notes, nor give ticket references. This is a JOKE of a company and consumers are stuck with no other options. STATE Agencies should be ashamed of the quality they allow from them. This company has a monopoly on testers to get licensed with no accountability. The state license's agencies should have better company options to schedule testing that can handle issues because PSI Service cannot!!!!! Obviously, the state agencies are good with this horrible company. ************** Builder

      It has been a week and I havent received the Michigan builder license exam results. PSI must of provided the results right after the examination.

      So, I completed my real estate schooling and now must sign up to take the exam through ***, the only company authorized to administer the test. I successfully registered with *** and got an email saying I would get an email within an hour with a code that allows me to sign up for the exam. It has been more than a week, still no email. I have spent no less than 5 hours on the phone lately week and none of the *** assistance have any answers for me. At this point, I am unable to sign up and take the brokers exam which will undoubtedly effect my personal financial plan. I really have no idea what to do or how to fix this but, with a monopoly on the market, ************ my destiny, which is a scary thought considering how incompetent this company is. Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

      I'm so frustrated with PSI, they have no clue what they're doing! I took my ** *********** Exam on 12/21/23 and passed, however to this day PSI has not yet released my results, and so I've not been able to apply for my *********** License. I've called their office multiple times and put on hold for over 45 minutes each time. They'd assure me that my results would be uploaded to my DOL account in the next 24 - 48 hours, and yet 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. I've called DOL to check on the results, but nothing has been release yet again.I called earlier today and I was assured that a supervisor would call me back as soon as I ended the call with the customer **********************, 5 hours later, I've not received the call.I sincerely hope DOL finds another organization to provide and manage their testing/exams. It's not worth all the frustrations customers are experiencing everyday!

      I graduated cosmetology school in November 2023 and immediately started working upon that. I scheduled to take a test where they continue to lose my information and my record where I continued to pay for them to get my information. For almost a year I have had a back and forth and sometime no response at all. I have already paid numerous times and now Im not eligible to schedule test. I have been eligible and I have paid for a test they are refusing to be any help towards scheduling. If you call youll be on hold for ***** minutes just to hear that someone will get back to you (they dont)

      I am writing to express my disappointment with ***, specifically their testing center (****** Testing Center) in Charlestown, **, due to an incident that occurred on December 21. On that day, I had scheduled an 8 AM exam well in advance. However, I received an email late in the evening the night before, stating that the 8 AM facilitator was unavailable due to COVID-19 but assured me that my test could be accommodated at 9 AM, saying, 'We are able to accommodate you for your exam tomorrow if you arrive at 9 AM.' Encouraged by this message, I adjusted my schedule and traveled for an hour to reach the center on time.To my surprise, upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled and refunded, and I was not in their system. The facility advised me to contact the main *** support line for assistance. However, my call to the *** support line was unhelpful, as they could only offer publicly available exam slots. They suggested I ask the facility to create an available slot for me online, which the facility claimed they could not do. I found myself caught in a frustrating cycle with *** corporate and the facility, neither of which took responsibility for resolving the issue.I am disappointed that, after months of preparation, I was turned away despite being assured of a simple one-hour time shift. This experience wasted my time and caused significant inconvenience, affecting my exam plans and preparation. I expected better service and communication from a professional testing center.In an effort to resolve the matter, I attempted to contact the facility by email twice on 12/21, followed by a follow-up on 12/28, but received no response. When I called the *** institute to reschedule, I was told they could not assist and suggested seeking another testing center to avoid a similar experience.

      PSI is a HORRIBLE company! My son has been trying to schedule his NASM CPT exam for some time now. Along with that, hes supposed to be getting accommodations due to his learning disability. *** made several attempts to call PSI to make sure his accommodations are in place, but each time I call, they tell me that my sons information doesnt match the info they have in their system, & therefore they cant help me. Also, there has been no communication. They simply hang up the phone! So unprofessional! I contacted *********** are investigating the matter. The whole process has been dragged out unnecessarily. Its ***************** had enough. All I want is my money back so we can take our business elsewhere. Horrible!!!!!

      The ***** I put in my application since July 2023 I waited the time period of the 21 days. Then I called and followed up at least twice a week and spoke to multiple agents , supers and managers and got no where. Now Dec 18th2023 PSI took money out my account . I called to follow because I did not receive any communication in any form besides the withdrawal. I called an spoke to and agent and she still could not provide any info to me. I explained to the agent what I have dealt since July with the back and fourth and no info . she took what I was saying personal and hung up on me !!!EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED !!! NEGATIVE STARS !!!!

      PSI is giving a long night mare. I wish I could give five negative stars. I scheduled my *********** test in testing centers four times and the four times I was NOT able to take the test. They just couldn't open the link for me. The ******** called PSI and the customer representatives are helpless, they just don't know what to do, they make you wait and wait, and wait, then just transfer you to another representative that doesn't even know the language. I've talked to many representatives, some of then give you bizarre answers like, "you need to send an application to PSI to take a test" which is NOT true. When you open a profile with them, the system asks you for a student number, guess what? PSI customer ********************** don't even know what that is, they say "call your school of RE" but the people at the school of RE doesn't know either! WTH! What can I do? the customer representatives at the most give you a ticket number and ask you to wait three business days. I had to go to my school of RE to ask for help but they just can't do anything else, the problem is PSI. At the very end somebody from PSI said the problem may be the apostrophe in my last name is the problem, WHAT? there are so many last names with apostrophe. I'm still trying to figure out what to do. Meanwhile, I need to continue with May *** by day life and I just can't comeback to my normal schedule because of this problem.

      This is an unprofessional testing company. The representatives have very poor service and do not care about the consumer. I have had to reschedule my exam, 3 times because of error on the end of psi. When I call to ask for help the agents laugh and act as if they are on an island drinking **** coladas. Meanwhile, the customer has take. Off from work and placed kids in daycare just to take the exam, only to be told that the exam must be rebooked or rescheduled to another day 24 hours away from their scheduled test date. Absolutely, unprofessional.
