    I am blocked from redeeming my points and getting an error to contact their customer service and there's no reply not even that they are looking into it

    I watched a movie for 90 minutes read and answered all the questions. Never received the points for it. When I look at my points its there but not credited to me.

    Per our records, the survey they are referring to is going through a review process, which may take up to one month. As explained in the notice you received before they began the survey, the points will be applied to their account, once the review process of the survey is finalized. Please also note that our records indicate that the member had multiple accounts which is against our Terms. We have deactivated their duplicate account and left their main account, active. We recommend them to refrain from creating duplicate accounts as this is against our Terms and will result in permanent account suspension. That being said, the member has since able to continue taking surveys and redeeming their points.

    survey junkie is a survey site that says they pay 1 out of 5 surveys but that is far from true it gets your info and maybe pays 2 out of 24 not 1 out of 5 They are false advertising and misleading people I have spent hours on this site to make maybe 25 cents when they claim you can make ** a survey Everything they say is a lie and only gives auto reponse to email when I do let them know how there website is working I think they are keeping all the money us survey takers are making It is more of a waste of time then a survey site. false ads lies and scams is all this site is about Please do not waste your time

    Survey Junkie is a safe and secure website, trusted by millions of members who take surveys and redeem on a daily basis. That being said, please note that though it can be disappointing, getting terminated from surveys is a common occurrence and a part of survey taking. It is possible that during the survey, as the survey providers were gathering information, they determined the member was not the kind of participant they were looking for, so they terminated the survey. This can happen at any point in a survey, regardless of how much is completed. Please note that Survey Junkie has no say in members getting disqualified or terminated from a survey and it is up to the sole discretion of the survey providers. However, to reward members for their time and effort we award 2 or 3 points for every termination. That being said, third party survey providers do not receive the information a member provides on a survey, if the survey is terminated, meaning a member's answers are only saved if they successfully complete the whole survey and receive full points.

    it is the same o same o they always say it is an auto response I have done what they say update etc and it is still the same Try it and you will get the same response and 0 points Please look into them more then just what they respond They are scamming people and giving a auto respond I have that word for word as respond from emails Please look further into this scam website I have done a lot of their surveys and nope they do not pay 1 out of 5 THEY ARE LIEING TO YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE THATS GOES TO THIS WEBSITE

Survey termination decisions are made by third party survey providers not by Survey Junkie. With that being said, please also note that the member's account is in good standing and they have been able to take surveys successfully and redeem their points.

    I have contacted Survey Junkie to allow me to redeem and cash out my points but they will not respond back nor allow me to redeem my *** ****** plus the 50 they indicate I would get just for verifying for a total of ****** They also just stopped sending me surveys with no reason and again no response after 6 days.
