    This company is ************ in this country. They steal your information and your money sooner or later. You will never find anyone but liars and cheaters. I worked hard and bust my a** on surveys one after another. As soon as I answer their race and gender questions they give me 3 points for an hour sometimes 2 hours, get all of your information then kick you off with just 3 sometimes 0. If I hop on any survey over 30 points I can not have it. Over 2 years they've been doing me like this. I served this country in two different enlistments, two different M.O.S's. and somehow I'm not qualified, ever? Survey Junky waited until I wanted to redeem my money as soon as I did it vanished to a card that now I have to set up a pin number but have no way of making a new one or anything. So basically telling me to write us and this and that. These people need arrested they are thugs and criminals, racist criminals who hate blacks. Don't deal with these scammers especially if you are Black or African American they hate you. Surveys for 250, 300, 500 are only reserved for Hispanics and Latinos. Please do not ask me how do I know? 3 points is all I ever get from them. As soon as you say African American or black the page starts blinking and send me back out. I can predict ever survey result. So now I have to say other or Hebrew Israelite because we aren't religious, because we are a bloodline period and that's why you all hate us. But I don't care that's your problem, im going too do what have to do to survive in the mist of Hispanic hatred towards black people, period! And I regret leaving one star but I couldn't control that or it wouldn't be one but zero. Police raid is a remedy.

    This company seems legit on the surface, however, they rip you off at every turn. I have been using them for a couple years now as a stay at home mom and you could spend an hour on a survey and receive ZERO compensation for it. When you reach out to them about it, they tell you to calm your frustrations. No one does anything about any issue you have with your surveys and, in fact, they instead tale zero responsibility for their product and company as a whole. If you are a company considering using Survey Junkie for your surveys, think again. Everyone who does surveys on this platform only wants $$. Therefore, they do not answer the surveys truthfully, they answer them in a way that they know will get them the most $$. This company cannot be trusted, whether you are a survey taker or a business basing your next product move or big company decision based on lies and fabrications.

    I was trying to redeem my points and kept receiving an error message, then couldn't even try redeem at all. I have tried contacting **************** several times and no one has gotten back to me. Wouldn't recommend these guys.

    A scam to collect personal information under the guise of making side money doing online surveys. Half of the surveys in a month were closed as soon as they arrived. Others just kept loading. Despite complaints which went unanswered, I could not leave the spiderweb of Survey Junkie. Verification does NOT work to claim earnings which average about a ***** a minute or less when completed.

    I had taken a few surveys on the 1st of November 2023 and upon finishing the surveys i was hit with you will be compensated in 2-3 weeks. I had taken another survey for four dollars and some change only to be told that i would have to wait for 2-3 weeks to get compensation once more. There is a total of $12 dollars or more that i clearly see i'm not going to be paid. I had submitted an ticket to support and they responded with:Thank you for contacting the Survey Junkie Member Support Team! This is not what we anticipated.My name is *****, and I will be happy to investigate this for you.To investigate your case effectively and provide you with detailed information, please provide the Survey IDs. If you cannot locate the Survey ID, please provide the approximate date and time of the survey attempt and the survey points. In any case, please note that Survey IDs are listed on the upper left side of the survey icons available on your dashboard. You may also find the Survey IDs of your previously taken surveys, on the My Points page, under the History tab. Feel free to let me know if you have further questions. Regards,***** from Survey Junkie Support After reading this email i go and log into my account to provide them with my information and i can no longer go back to the date where it shows my information of which dates that i completed the surveys and how many points they were for when i could do all of these things prior to submitting an support ticket. It will not load up the dates anymore. Its purposely being blocked so i can no longer show proof. Other than that i have been on Survey Junkie for 2 months and haven't had any problems at all its just when these wait 2-3 week surveys started appearing is when things took a left turn. We all know when the quota is full they're getting paid regardless and we have to wait and hope we get paid is not acceptable.

    This company is fraudulent. I was able to redeem twice and them suddenly they asked me for ID, which I supplied through their third party vendor. My ID is valid and is not expired, however they couldnt verify it, which is rediculous, because I know its valid and its a new copy too. They same thing happened with *********. I have emailed many times, but Survey Junkie hasnt replied. It seems this happened to other people as well, accoording to the reviews. I am owed money and I spent a lot of time on these surveys. I wouldnt use this site for anyone reading up on Survey Junkie. Its a scam.

    Survey Junkie owes me $32.12 as of Dec 5,2023 and has told me to give them my phone number which I've done since Friday Dec 1,2023 and never received a call back as of December 5th @ 5:00 p.m. in reading the other complaints it makes me wonder if a class action lawsuit may be needed. People waste their valuable time and then things happen. We will update this site with the next steps that are needed.

    This company has changed a lot, and not for the better. I started using Survey Junkie back in 2017, as a way to earn a little extra money as a stay at home parent. For a long time, it was great - the payouts were reliable, customer service approachable, and you'd often qualify for at least half of the surveys you tried, so you were able to keep earning easy gas or milk money. But, about 6 months ago, the number of surveys that disqualify you for no reason jumped way up, and I went from spending 4-5 hours a week to get $15-20, to needing to spend twice the amount of time for less money. The bonuses they used to offer for taking a really long and involved survey or completing a bunch of questionaires that week are gone. And to add insult to injury, in the last several months, I've had to fight with them to redeem my points 3 or 4 times, because I'll try to cash in and get a message claiming that I did something wrong, like I didn't answer the questions "correctly" on the surveys. How is there a "correct" way when the panels want your opinions?? I'm getting the $22 they currently owe me, and then I'm done with this nonsense.

    Survey Junkie ios discriminatory to us that are 65+ they now do not want to redeem points after being a member for over 3 years Their customer support is basically non existent and they have surveys that recently have generated malware I caught that thanks to malwarebytes browser guard they aso generate adware tracking cookies They used to be fairly god this past 6 months they are lousy and as waste of time and resources. I contacted them to cancel account if they don't get their act together and go no response at all I am about to block their site permanently unless they change their ways within the next day or to Today is 11-7-23 I give them until **** -23 them they get blocked permanently At this point I won't even give them a 1 star rating but BB won't let me do that
