After being a member of Survey Junkie for a few years, all of a sudden, when I went to cash in points for a lousy $5.00 gift card, they hassled me with a ridiculous verification process where I had to send them a copy of my drivers license AND take a selfie! I'm 70 years old and I don't know how to take a picture and load it on my computer. PLUS, even if I DID know how to do it, I'm uncomfortable copying my license and ******** it to them! On their own help page they say you may be asked to verify with a code sent by email, so why am I not afforded this option. Absolutely HORRIBLE treatment of a Senior!

Waa terrific the first week or 2, now it *****. Complete a survey only to be told it just filled up, and they give you 2 points instead of the 85 you were supposed to earn. When you complain, they tell you it's your fault or they can't predict how quickly a survey will fill.

Survey Junkie is a complete RIP OFF! On some of the surveys, you complete the required amount and when it goes to give you confirmation of points earned it bounces to a screen that says it cant load the page, so after spending 30+ minutes you dont get your points. Survey Junkie says you have to have the Survey ID which once you click on TAKE SURVEY you no longer have the Survey ID. Also after spending 30+ minutes on a survey, I got confirmation of earning 93 points yet the 93 points dont show up anywhere in ********* History. Now because *** complained about their business practices they are not sending out any surveys to me. BEWARE if youre going to do surveys for Survey Junkie, make sure you get a screen grab of the survey ID before you start to take the survey, and when you complete the survey take another screen grab of the confirmation. They owe me so many points its not even funny!

This website refuses to let you cash out any amount of money you earn for any reason it can make up, my account was wrongfully put under review and they have been refusing to pay me out my money for many different reasons, such as putting my account under review, refusing to verify my legitimate id. It kicks you out of surveys if you answer wrong. Do not use this website it is a waste of time and an actual scam, I suggest people to order an investigation on this website.

What a waste of time! This website needs to work with better companies. It's a waste of time to answer *************************************************** answer questions for another ***** minutes just to get to the end and there's 1.) an error so you can't get paid, not a disqualification, just an error message page or 2.) all of a sudden you don't qualify. I've emailed customer service the ********************** links and descriptions and they're just "sorry" and have no explanation. It's like suddenly they don't want you to make any money. It's only $5 but still, it's false advertising and scam like. I realized I had spent 3 hours one day doing surveys and couldn't get to my 500 points because of the error pages and not qualifying ALL THE WAY at the end. The surveys with the higher payout are the ones with all the errors and will take all of your info then say you aren't what they're looking for. How is a survey going to block out opinions? Don't they want varying opinions to diversify the data? I feel like especially when I get to the race and income questions, I'm disqualified. Don't bother with this crappy website and I wouldn't be shocked if there's a class action or legal action against them for their practices.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM.Here is my experience.I signed up to participate for the surveys. Each survey awards a various number of point ranging in the double digits to triple digits. Once you select a survey, there are qualifying questions to determine if you are eligibleand fit the demographic they are trying to reach. Once the qualifying is done, it states you are selected to take the survey. So, I started participating answering the various survey questions. What, ends up happening is, once you finish the survey, a couple things end up occurring. 1. the page freezes and you will not move forward and you end up having to close the browser resulting in the loss of points. 2. You complete the whole survey that say for example your reward will be 200 pts, they say thanks for your participation, the screen then takes you back to the main page and you are awarded 1-3 points and told you didn't qualify, but they are awarding you the small points. So, They say I didn't qualify after answering the pre-qualifying questions,I am told I qualify, then I take the whole survey then told I didn't qualify??? Now, Survey Junkie response is that they don't control the survey organizations. Yet, they state that if you are disqualified in the middle of the survey or after you take the survey. The do not forward that information. I find that hard to believe since, because once you click on a specific survey, you are redirected to that survey organization. So, I do not believe that Bull. 3. They lure you in with high point and low survey completion times, example 100 point and the survey lasts 5 minutes. You start the qualifying process, you then start taking a survey to be redirected to another survey after answering about 10 question. then that survey takes ***** mins and you then get cut off after it asked enough survey questions and you are cheated out those points. The company is lying to you. You will not be compensated. BEWARE

Yes I have been doing surveys for Survey Junkie off and on and now since I am not getting paid threw my bank it's like they cut down me doing surveys and I enjoy doing them why I don't know if they have too many people doing them all at once it's getting ridiculous I should be able to do them 7 days a week on the weekends also not just Monday-Friday and make money instead of a bunch of points. I have PayPal and I can use that and I also can do an E gift card but I just prefer getting paid threw my PayPal.
