    I mailed my camera to ********* for repair in June, 2023. It is a Nikon P900. They received it on June 9th. I sent them $432 for the repair. The order number is P1004953. Invoice number *****. They have since missed FOUR of their own deadlines for repairing the camera and mailing it back to my daughter's address in VA. For the past month they have refusing to answer the phone and refused to reply to my emails. If the camera cannot be repaired I want them to send it back to the address that they have in VA, and refund my money.

    After mailing my JVC camcorder to Pro Cam Fix I received a repair price of $181.00 which paid through PayPal, 5/4/23 (copy provided upon request). Despite numerous emails, voicemails and snail mail requesting my camera and refund if the camera is not repaired I have received nothing.

    On 2/9/2023 we shipped to Pro Cam Fix for repair our **** Handycam DCR-TRV23 Serial #****** - description of repair: Replace PWB Flexible LS, Lens Aperture Ass'y and Tape Deck ****** Ass'y. Shipping cost: $26.75 and Pro Cam Fix received our Handycam and invoiced (#*****) us on 2/16/2023 $196.00 which we paid via pay pal. We spoke with Pro Cam a couple of times after that in which we were informed that they were waiting for some parts to be received and that it should be in in 2-3 weeks which would have been in the beginning of March, 2023. We have been calling numerous times each month requesting a return of our **** Handycam Camcorder as is but, to date 9/23/2023, no return call nor return of our **** Handycam Camcorder. We were hoping to get the camcorder fixed so that we could take new videos but now, we cannot even watch the videos we have. We ask that, if all possible, at least get the return of our camcorder (in the condition we sent it) so that we can watch our existing videos even if the camcorder was not able to be fixed to take new videos. This is an older camcorder and it is hard to find a camcorder our there that will adapt to our tapes. Thank you.

    Transaction date - June 27, 2023 Paid to PRO CAM FIX $545.24.Seller's Terms and Conditions Our repair price includes part(s)/ labor, return ground shipping, and a 90-day repair warranty.I was concerned that havent receive my lens around a month and I called Pro Cam Fix, they told me that just received the part and going to start working and during the end of that week will be done and send a notification to me. The end of the week past and contact them after another week, they said that will finished in couple days. After two weeks, I contacted again but not respond, as well leaving message but nothing. Then I call from a different phone and they answered! That is very suspicious! They dont answered calls from numbers that they know!!! I asked again about my lens, they said again that is couple days will be finished, I told them that I will give up to a week if not I will need my lens back, they said, no, no, it will be done in two days. Well, after a week I havent heard nothing and I am going to get my lens as it was, in perfect condition without any scratch as I took couple pictures before sent it, also what I paid ($545.24). I will attach the emails regarding this issue.

    On 5/4/2023 I sent Pro Cam Fix a Canon G7X for repair. On or about 5/13/2023 I sent Pro Cam Fix $155 for the repair, after receiving an invoice for the repair estimate and a time frame for when the repair would be completed. About three weeks later, I called to follow up on the repair and I was told that they were waiting for the part. I told them no problem. When I returned from a trip, about six weeks after that first call, I was told that the repair was complete and that I would get a tracking number a few days later. That tracking number never came. When I tried to call them back, I was never again able to speak with a customer service representative. I called many times and left a few messages, but no one ever responded back to me. I then reached out to PayPal, through whom I paid for the repair, and I started the process to receive a refund for the money that I sent them. I was given a date by PayPal, by which Pro Cam Fix had to respond to them with an explanation or a shipping notification (Aug 3, 2023). My assumption is that they never responded to PayPal, since Paypal processed my refund on that same day (Aug 3). Pro Cam Fix still has my camera, however, and they have not responded to my inquires about having it returned, fixed or not. I have read *** reviews where others have had this same problem with this company. Perhaps I should have seen the writing on the wall, but the fact is, that I did have a previous successful camera repair done by this company. They probably bank on the premise that a lawsuit is the only recourse for such issues and that most people won't put in the time and effort for something with minimum value, like a broken camera. It's a shame that they can continue to get away with this.

    Reached out to company for a quote and received an estimate to have 2 cameras repaired. I was told to send the 2 cameras in for a review and official quote for repair. Sent the cameras in, and received an email confirming they were received on May 9, 2023. I have continued to follow up with the company, calling and leaving messages, emailing via the website and on direct emails in my email account. Still have not received any calls back or emails back. I have 2 order numbers (Order:P1004797, and Order:P1004797) from the company and an email confirmation they have my equipment. A JVC GY-HM710U and a JVC HY-HM890CHU, which is around $6,000 to $8,000 worth of equipment or more (when working in working condition) and reason for repair. The communication and customer support doesn't even exist after initial conversation and I'm not sure if it's just a internet service thing or in-person either. I really hope this isn't fraud!

    On March 30th, 2023, I sent my Nikon D850 to Camera and Camcorder Repair for a repair. They quoted me $408.00 to do the work. I paid the $408 and in a few weeks, I received my camera back but it was not fixed. They said to mail it back which I did and they received it on April 20, 2023. Since then I have heard nothing back and when i started calling and emailing to get a status of my repair, they company has gone completely dark. I call every day. I email every day and no reply. I have contacted the *************** because at this point it appears they are trying to deprive me of my property. I am hoping to speak to a fraud investigator to see if there is anything they can do.

    SCAM ALERT! This company stole $679 from me and refuses to return the money or my camera. Previously, I've sent 2 DSLR's there to get repaired without incident. In the instant matter I sent them a canon 90d for repair and paid their estimate of 679 on 2/23/23. They told me it would be done in 2 weeks. Two weeks came and they said they needed an another part to complete the repair which would be another 2 weeks. No problem. Since that time, and early April, they have given me nonsense excuses and telling me they would send the camera in "two weeks" over and over again. They refuse to leave email messages which would leave a paper trail even when you request emails, and insist on phone calls. Today I finally got on the phone with "******," who gave me a similar song and dance, clearly reading from a screen. He would initially not tell me what country he was sitting, "why do you ask me that?" Would not give me his manager, and stated "if you don't trust us, don't send your camera here." He stated he would be refunding my money but when I demanded he send me an email confirming how he was resolving this customer service issue he refused and hung up. TLDR; company draws out the repair process until it's too late to file a dispute with credit card company/paypal, then lies about sending back your camera, is near impossible to get on the phone, refuses to provide email confirmation or evidence of what they are doing, stole my 679 dollars.

    3/30/23: got a quote for repairs of Canon 90D camera 3/31/23: received a quote 4/7/23: they received my equipment, invoice paid $411 4/21/24: I emailed for an update. Received a call and was told it would be shipped the following week 4/28/23: emailed again-no response 5//10/23: called, no response 5/12/23: called, left message and emailed. No response.Why would I receive a phone call the first time I emailed but havent received a response in weeks? I need my camera asap for upcoming photo shoots!! Extremely poor customer service for not responding to my emails and phone calls.
