    I sent two Nikon Lenses to ProcamFix in early December for repair. Received quote, approved and paid in December. Got verbal promise date in January via phone. Inquired numerous times starting in late January 2023 and into February as to the status of the repair. Left numerous voice mail and email messages but could not get any response until I sent a threatening email on 16 Feb along with numerous voice mails (it is impossible to reach anyone directly via phone). Finally got one of two lenses back repaired along with a promise of the second lens to be repaired by 21 Feb, 2023. Since that time I have been unable to get any response from ProCam fix at all despite numerous attempts via phone and unanswered emails. The lens they still have cost $5,600 and I paid them $2100 for repairs. I just want my lens back repaired or a full refund. I have not taken any legal action as yet, but will if this is not resolved quickly.

    On or about November 3, 2022, sent two Nikon Cameras to ********* in ********, **, for repair. On November 10 I received the following reply: Thank you for inquiring about Camera and Camcorder repair services (by ***********)************** inspected your cameras. Here is **************'s report:Nikon COOLPIX S8200 Serial #: ******** Required Replacement Parts: "P.C.Board Flexible/LN" $ ***** "Lens Drive Ass'y"* $ ***** Labor $ ***** Total: for an amount of : $161.00 *(This item is currently out of stock. 11/21/2022 or 11 days)Nikon COOLPIX S8200 Serial #: ******** Required Replacement Parts: "Lens Drive Ass'y"* $ ***** Labor $ ***** Total: for an amount of : $135.00 *(This item is currently out of stock. 11/21/2022 or 11 days) The total cost to fully repair your cameras will be $296.00.Our repair price includes part(s)/ labor, return ground shipping, and a 90-day repair warranty.Also on Nov. 10, 2023, I paid the amount of $296 via PayPal, the amount which PROCamFix has received.It is now February 27, 2023, and despite repeated emails and telephone calls, I have not received the repaired cameras, nor have I received any information from the company.

    sent camera in for repair. Was told it would cost $100. Sent them $100. Was told it would cost $200 more. Sent that. No Camera. weeks go by. Then months. Kept calling. Now they are ghosting me.
