  The absolute worst storage rental that you can rely on. If there was an option for zero stars, I would pick it. The company raised my monthly payment by $75 without notification or permission. I spoke with the representative on the phone and to turn out she verified that I was not given a heads up by mail or email. If you are desperate for a storage rental, look elsewhere cause they will definitely raise rent for your storage for no reason at any time.Annddd, no one ever answers the phone!!!

  Discrimination during first shift staff, she had permed blond and brown hair. Every time my family and I arrive at storage she would come out to raise her voice at me and or family to move our vehicle away from the fire hazard, we were just loading a few packages to the cart and then move our Vehicle outside knowing other vehicles are parked up ahead but spaces were there to not allow our vehicle to park after the fire hazard. She doesnt tell other white customers, like today at 430pm as white man parked more than half the midsize car away from the previous suv but I couldnt park my midsize suv so I was just loading one bag, she wouldnt let me, she said I was blocking the fire hazard and wont allow for me to unload this one bag. As she was busy complaining to me about my car needing to move the driver of the midsize car went into his car and moved his car forward, she didnt bother to tell or remind that customer he needs to Move his car forward to allow another vehicle to unload and park behind his car. She was too busy raising her voice at me to my face while following me around my car so I can drive my car to park outside and come back inside to take my one bag and cart to my storage unit. I dont appreciate a staff like her to be discriminating against my family and me. Shes rude, disrespectful, not-customer friendly, and unprofessional towards us as customers. Ive been a customer since this building was built in 2019, when Beyond Storage was here until Public Storage bought it and started hiring staff that are rude and disrespectful to me. Please contact me to let me know who I can talk with if there is an issue with my rental storage. I refused to talk to this person, as she treated me as if Im deaf. I can be reached via in my file storage. This staff said she will put a note in my file, which is fine but Im escalating this to her superior and to BBB as well as leaving a review on this Public Storage website. If you are Hmong, please dont rent here.

  We gave notice and moved out of storage March 1 and were told on that day that we did not owe anything. We were current in our bills and there was no way we owed anything. Also, rent was due on the 1st of the month (as we learned the hard way our first month) so we are unsure how any supposed debt could be incurred as of February 28 as indicated in a collection letter we received on April 11! Additionally, this is the first we have heard of any debt. Prior to receipt today, April 11, 2023 we received no notice of the supposed debt. When we moved our stuff out we made sure to stop at the front desk and confirm, three times, that we did not owe anything. She told us three times "no you do not ow any thing". Prior to that, when we moved in June 20, we were unaware that storage rent was due on the 1st of the month. On July 5 we received a nasty note indicated we were 60 days past due and they were going to open our unit and sell our stuff!!!! We had not even had our stuff there for 2 weeks!! These guys are true scammers. If you must find a storage unit, go anywhere but Public Storage.

  My Public Storage (*******************************************************) threatened to kick me out if I was at my unit more than 20 minutes.3/28/23 at roughly 2:30pm MT. I live 40 minutes away & am needing to slowly move from my unit over the next month since I do not own a car &can only get to my unit once a week. I visited my storage unit (Public Storage, **) for the first time in a couple of months. There are a lot of clothes & some home decor and appliances I wanted to donate. I wanted to pack up a bunch of clothes to go wash them before donating & was at my unit for a maximum of 10 minutes when 2 employees approached me. 1 was a regional manager by the name of ************** who told me I needed to leave the property after 20 minutes or else I'm "hanging out" (loitering). Said it's in my lease. I was told by the regional manager "Storage is only meant to go in and out and not organize/reorganize things". He said I cannot hang out there (all together 5 times during the ************* **** only allowed to be there 20 minute or I could vacate the unit (kicked out). So I said Im not hanging out & I continued to pack up clothes to donate and he asked if I heard ******* said yes, ** getting my things. He said he was notating my account about this conversation & if they have to have it with me again, I will need to vacate the unit/property. I was upset, I left with the belongings to donate, dropped stuff off at Goodwill, then came back to put my suitcases back in my storage. When I arrived to my unit there was a large lock placed on it. I went to the office to ask why they put a lock on my unit & the regional manager said he wanted to make our conversation was perfectly clear that you cannot hang out on the ************** need to be in and out and used the phrase hanging out 2 more times. He abused his power by threatening me & putting a lock on my unit to make sure "(I) understood the conversation", was abrasive and cocky. The lease states no loitering not 20 minutes only.

  Corporate office is the worst Company. They automatically raise your rent after 5 months. $75 the down spout beside my unit is leaking into my unit. I ask repeatedly for it to be fixed but they could care less about the tenants. Literally horrible Company.

  Totally Bait and Switch. I can understand the rate when sign up could be promotion rate, but from $123 to $203 in a year is ridiculous, the "original rate" on the website before promotion is $175; so how do they change the rate to $201 and refused to lower down is unbelievable bad business operation. I would rather the company offer a fixed rate with a contract, but they do not have this option so i feel like getting another increase is just a matter of time as there is apparently no ceiling of the rate as it's all market rate according to the company.

  This place has rats!! I thought my things would be safe here. Paying almost $200 a month just to come back to rats damaging my things. Tried speaking with the owner and they did absolutely nothing! You would think the owner would try harder to fix this issue and try to make things right with the customer. Im sure they would be devastated if this happened to them. I had things in the storage that money cannot replace. I will be contacting the corporate about this!

  First no one is ever there No one ever answers the phone Supposed to be AC,but always hot And they raise your bill wo telling you And they charge extra for paying over the phone And of course no one is ever there to take an actual payment so go online and pay an put no auto pay but they do anyway Elevators always broke as well Worst experience ever with storage!!!!!!!!!!!
