      03/17/2023 was a disrespectful day for ************ noticing how the staff acts towards the paying customers its evident that one of the worst storage places to rent from. I noticed there are no restrooms, trash or recycling bins on the property, & for the amount thats paid for limited accessibility/amenities you have i wouldnt recommend this place to family, friend, or even enemy. After catching a Lyft to the facility retrieving some of my stored belongings, carry an extra large uhaul box I tapped at the office window were ***** (i believe Im spelling his name correct), just ***** his head no when asked if i could walk the box through the office to stand & wait for my Lyft ride. After i sat the extra Large box on the only thing that is provided to customers a unloading/Loading dolly & proceeded to walk all the way around to the parking lot of the property. I was met half way being accused of attempting to steal the companies property! I repeatedly asked to be left alone if i was not going to be provided better service, & that i would be placing the dolly back where i retrieve it from when i first arrived which i did in the end. But i felt this had to heard i called the manager office for this location was sent to voicemail no one has reach out with any formal response, so to unload my belongings off the companies dolly walk it all the way back to its company location for customers & leaving my belongings unattended after being harassed for all of 3-10mins while waiting on my Lyft was totally ************************** needs to be done.       This facility charged me double the first month. Forced me to get a larger unit than what was needed. When I asked to change it they refused. Then claiming a check didn't go through. Which I provided the documents that proved otherwise. Now this company is throwing in extra charges trying to auction my personal property off. Called district manager, corporate. No answers. They don't care. They just openly over charge just so they can sell our property

      False information posted on a Job Application from Public Storage: On Sunday, March 10, 2023, I applied for a part time position with Public Storage here in ******, ******. On Monday, March 13, 2023, ***************************** (************************* Manager, called me at 11:00am for an over the phone interview. *************** wanted me to go to cities that were not posted on the job application. On the job application listed ******, ******, and I live in *********, ******, very close together. *************** wanted me to go to N ********, ***********, SE ********, *********, ******. All cities I do not want to go to and cities that were not listed on the job application. My complaint is that the person working for Public Storage who post job applications is posting false information. Yes, posting a city like ****** is not the same as ***********, *********** *********. Not very smart people working for Public Storage. Maybe this is why they don't hire smart people like me. Just look at my job history and education on Linkedin and maybe this is why they decided not to hire me is because my resum is a threat that I might take over someone's position. I was looking forward to working part time at Public Storage here in ******, ******. I think it would of been a fun job for me. You can find this on my personal website.       I miss the old manager ******, the new manager is rude, rarely answers the phone and good luck with her returning calls.I asked 4 different employees to PLEASE have the district manager call me, but he does not call either.Today I am posting a complaint here, calling Public Storage corporate office and calling the ***** AG to see who regulates this industry. I have been incorrectly billed and cannot find anyone to listen to my complaint. Someone has to regulate this industry. A business cannot just charge what they want without consequences.

      This business is poorly ran. It is not a protected property. The customer service, completely *****. There has been a hole cut in the fence and several units have been robbed. Our stuff thrown on the ground and left there. Its been several days at this point and the fence has not been repaired. Anyone can walk onto the property through the open fence and do whatever. Over the time that I have had the unit, the only thing they have been consistent with is raising their prices.If you are considering renting a unit, do not choose public storage.Also, after replacing the lock they have the keys. They Will not answer the phone or return a call.

      Please help..I've been a loyal customer to this Piblic ******************** since ******* went to their website to pay my bill and found out that they went up on my rent a couple hundreds dollars more..Whwn I called to aasked why they was charging me more and not contact me to at least explain why they never contacted me to let me know if there was going to be a rent increase,the Manager or office worker became very angry with me and said to me very nasty that she is sorry that I feel that way..BBB we all need help on this matter..I read the complaints here and everyone is having a problem out of these people..I made the call to the corporate office which is a joke also..their people will not answer the phone or give information how to contact them..I'm on a fixed income and they are charging me almost what I can pay to my landlord..I visited my unit and the rodents have eaten most of my furniture and other things I have stored..Please grt on this before they sell my home things and find out why the rent increased so much and why their people at this location is so rude and do not do business correctly...

      Thank you Autumn and ****** your customer service skills are superior! You two were friendly and courteous throughout the rental process. Your hospitality is unmatched! After discovering that my car battery had died while loading my unit, you two went over an above giving my car a jump start. Team ******************** forever!

      PUBLIC STORAGE ON ************. ***** ****** ************* ever, property manager is super rude, if seen at all. No one is ever in the office when it's during business hours. Rarely get anyone to answer the phone, can't pay your bill or buy supplies cause office doors are always locked.
