My order (MAPSZU-63621) of the National Geographic Wall Map of Europe was made on April 10, 2023, and my payment of $50.02 was debited from my card on April 11. After more than two weeks without delivery, I called the company, received no answer, and left my phone number, but the call was not returned. On May 16 and again on May 22 I emailed MAPSZU about the problem of no delivery, but received no reply. It is now June 1---7 1/2 weeks after the order was made--- and still these is no delivery of the map or any contact from the company. I want either the map or a refund.Business Response

I ordered a map that cost $94.02 on April 2 2023. Two weeks later I contacted the business and was told to allow them 6 to 10 days to start processing the order so the map should be out in 10 days. It is now May 18 2023 and we have not been able to reach the company after multiple attempts. Now we are seeing that the website is under construction due to new ownership. Mapszu.com. I can't believe the BBB continues to say "please contact this company before filing a complaint because......"Business Response

Ordered a map back in March of 2023. Paid for the merchandise on our credit card. Received a confirmation of order #Maps-62443 on March 8th. Since then we have been unable to reach the company. Monday December 19th 2022 ordered a Native American Cultures Map (laminated) for $34. Order# MAPS-58956. The map has never arrived. On March 24, 2023, I ordered 4 large wall maps from maps.com, which is now called mapszu.com. The shipping information listed 3-5 business days. I began attempting to reach out to them via email and phone on April 17th attempting to get a status update on my orders. There were two separate orders. I have tried repeatedly for the last 2 weeks to contact this company to find out why I haven't received my orders, as my credit card was immediately charged for the orders. At this point, I am led to believe this is a fraudulent company that has taken my money and has no intention of ever fulfilling my order. I placed an order for a Colorado State Highway Map on 3/20/23, Confirmation #: Order MAPS-62878. Since I placed the order, I have not received any tracking information from this company as they had stated I would. I have sent numerous emails, called several times to different extensions and left messages each time. I received one reply message from them on 4/12/23 stating "Unfortunately, we have been experiencing longer than expected shipping time frames. I have escalated your order with our production manager Mike who anticipates your order being shipped this week. Tracking information will be sent by email." Since then, I have not received anything else from them and I have of course sent follow up emails and made additional phone calls. There is a message on their website now that they are under new ownership, so I can only imagine the transition is not going too well if this is happening to all of their customers. I need a refund ASAP so I can order a map from someone else. I do not have any faith in this company.Business Response

Placed order April 14, 2023. Have emailed customer support 3 times with no reply. Have called and left message 3 times with no reply. I paid for Priority shipping which guaranteed quicker delivery. As of today order still has not been delivered. My credit card has been charged already.
