On March 18th, 2023 I ordered a Michigan County Outline Wall Map for the price of $102.03 while also paying for shipping. This was ordered through this business because there website stats that in stock items are shipped out next day, if a map is to be printed there's a 7 day turn around, it has been almost a full month. I have emailed and called the business multiple times with no response, I would like to receive the product I paid for, I also think the company should be responsible to upgrade the shipping to overnight shipping at no cost to me for the extended delay and lack of responsibility to the customer.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
It gives no clear answer on a date in which try product is estimated to arrive, again your site stated that it would ship out in 7 days, now we are a month later with no answer to when the product will arrive, if its another month out I can just order from another place. Also I received no response in regards to when the product is complete if the company will be sending it overnight to make up for the delay?

I placed an order on 3/13 and paid extra for priority (2-day) shipping. Their website says that Orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time will be processed the same day and most orders are shipped within 48 hours of processing. Based on their promise of quick fulfillment and priority shipping I decided to order a time-sensitive gift from them. However, it has now been 8 business days and I have sent two unanswered emails to customer service. It seems that filing a complaint to the BBB is the only way to get a response from them. I would like my order to be shipped and my priority shipping charge refunded to me.Business Response

I ordered maps on September 16, 2022 and have not received the order as of TOday March 8, 2023. I called the ###-###-#### and is says leave a message and for quicker service go to the webpage. I did that and see that the order is unfulfilled. I have sent numerous emails with a requested read receipt. They emails are being opened. I spent $290.33 and have not received the maps. i understand from reading reviews that there is some sort of illness in the company and are working on it, however why are they continuing to take orders and money? Ordered online a large NC map on Dec. 13, 2022; payment processed through Google Pay on same day. Rec'd confirmation on same day which suggested tracking thru the Shop app which merely shows in process. Emailed on Jan 2, no response. Called in Jan, Feb., and Mar. and left voicemails, no response. I placed an order on January 7th for a county map of New Jersey (to help me prospect for work). I've called, emailed, and dm'd on Instagram with no answers or responses. I ordered $410 worth of maps from Maps.com on November 18 for some Christmas gifts. I received a confirmation email, as is typical. I didn't receive any shipping information and the maps never showed up. I sent a follow up email on January 4th and as of February 20th I haven't received any response. I tried calling them today, February 20th and the message said "they couldn't assist me at this time". I'd like to get the word out so this doesn't happen to someone else.Business Response

• On January 9, 2023 I placed an order (#59688) for a Wall Map of Africa and immediately received an email confirming my order. • I paid an additional amount for priority shipping in order to ensure the item arrived in time as it was needed for an international meeting on February 7. • I sent an email on January 25 to check on the order status and received no response. • On January 30 I placed a phone call to their customer service, had to leave a message, and received no response. • It is now February 15, well past the date the map was needed and I have yet to receive the order or any response at all from them to my inquiries. • I sent an email today asking for them to cancel the order and return the full amount paid of $57.91 which includes shipping which should be refunded since the item was never shipped. I appreciate any assistance you can offer in getting this situation resolved.Business Response

On January 16,2023 I ordered a map of the four corners region of the US from maps.com 120 Cremona Dr. Ste. 260, Santa Barbara, CA 93117, USA. the order cost me $45.43 and was paid for when the order was placed. I received an email telling me the order was confirmed and I would get another email when it was shipped. Their website said orders are shipped within 7-10 days. I have heard nothing from them since. I have tried calling them. Their customer service line goes straight to voicemail. I have left 4 messages with requests for callbacks, and got no response. I emailed their customer service another 4 times and again have gotten nothing back from them. It' now been almost a month with no correspondence with them.Business Response
