Yes we have bought a ring from stoneberry back in January and this makes the second rain that we've got and we've had issues with both of them and anyhow I reached out to the manufacturing because I did have a warranty on I do have a warranty on it and they said only then they can do is send me another one and I can't explain to them I don't want another one I just wanted my money back and they said they can't do that I said okay can I just send it back and you all cancel out they are the contract I have with ********** cuz I'm actually buying it through ********** and me and my husband's always been over 100 dollars on it we still owe $153 on it and when you go pulling it up on your phone you can't even see the picture the video chat don't work on it now this is the same thing happened with the other one we had it for 5 months and then it started acting up so you know we just don't think it's fair we live on a very fixed income and we just don't think it's right then not allowing us to cancel out this order I mean this contract thing so we even offered to send it back and everything so I would appreciate it if you all could help us thank you and God bless you okayRing

Yes I would like to have your assistance with this I have reached out to them three times since you all sent me the message to contact them to see what I can work out and yesterday when I had spoke to them the supervisor actually got aggravated with me and hung up on me and so today I'm getting the runaround telling me because it's past 60 days that they cannot refund it but like I told them it's not right I just have to pay for something does not work and she keeps on telling me I need to speak to supervisor so I did tell her I was going to reach out to you all to let you all know what they said and how I've been treated and it's not raining it's sure ain't Fair cuz once again me and my husband lives on a fixed income we're both handicapped and we really can't even afford the rain the doorbell the reason why we got it it was for safety purposes but when you can't even see the picture it's not a safety feature so anyhow I would appreciate it so much if you all can help me with this because they're not going to bed with me they're just not going to I shouldn't thank you all for your help and may *** bless you.and also too I got another bill because I'm not paying the one from this month yet and the reason I'm not paying it because all I want to do is send it back I'm not asking for a refund nothing like that I just want to send it back and cancel out my account but they refuse to do so so can you please please help me with this thank you so much and may *** bless youReview fromLindsey H

1 starWish I could leave 0 stars. Ordered a 3 pack camera set for Memorial Day sale. Received my package and they only sent 1 camera. Contacted customer support and they told me they were out of stock so they took it upon themselves to partially fulfill my order. Was only offered a partial refund. I offered to wait, offered to change the color and style of camera and they told me they were out of everything and the best they could do was a refund. I highly doubt they were out of stock on anything. They should have it posted that they are out of stock so customers can not order it and be let down trying to feel secure at home. If I dont get a better resolution to their supply of fulfilling my order I will switch camera companiesReview fromLisa S

1 starI tried to post a video to neighbors on the ring community where there was a person rumaging through my belongings on my front porch late at night with a flash light. My post was denied by Ring.Today I saw a video from a neighbor on the ring who had a person rumaging through their belingings on their front porch with a flashlight and it was approved by Ring.They are indirectly discriminating with who can and can not lot to the neighborhood. They deny most of my post and I am a first year ring customer who has only requested to post 4 times in my over 9 year history of having a ring. The most that were denied was when someone unknown was at my door snooping or had come by more than once for no reason at all.Review fromPatricia M

1 starCalled to get assistance in adding my ring to my Portal, spoke with ring customer service, verified information, was told to change my phone number, rep was told same phone number being used from the startup date for ring, rep ***** to change password and open a new acct, adv rep no need, just wanted to add ring to portal, *** stated there is someone else on acct, adv only myself and my wife and provided the correct name of my wife, *** stated not correct- adv no one else should be on this account or added without my consent or me calling to have another person added...state I should have been contacted to verify any changes or before adding someone else. Have been trying to submit a COMPLAINT - only getting call customer service....will be submitting formal complaint the local BBB and to ****************** BBB .. customer is no help and there is no way to contact corporate offices...Review fromShawn G

Bought a ring camera for my business. After several weeks the camera failed because it was defective. I contacted Ring numerous times over the course of several weeks and I still do not have the situation resolved. Ring agreed that the camera was defective. Ring is supposed to warranty the camera for a year which they have failed to do. I want my money back or a camera that actually works. All Ring employees do is say they will look into the matter and how sorry they are. They lie and never do anything to fix the issue. Their apologies are only worth their weight in ****.Ring

1 starUsed Ring camera(s) for years and happy with product until recently. Didnt need to store recorded video(s) and never intended to purchase a security plan. 1 starI love Ring's products, but their customer service is really bad. Spent an hour on the phone to get a camera replaced under warranty, although I told the representative that I had already gone through all the same steps on the app. Their customer service is off-shore, and the language barrier makes things very difficult. I finally got approval, then a month later I called back because I had not received a camera. I was told the camera was out of stock, with no estimation of when it would be back in stock. I asked if they could replace my camera with a lower level camera and they could not understand what I was asking. They may have even cancelled my replacement, I'm not real sure. It got very frustrating and I eventually hung up. Then I tried the chat customer service and they ended my chat while verifying my situation because of a 5 minute time limit. I then tried calling customer service again and asked for a manager. The manager couldn't understand what I was asking either and I eventually hung up again. I guess now I just wait, for who knows how long, to have a replacement camera sent to me. I should have gone with Simplisafe, they have a customer service call center in ********, **.Review fromJohn M

After reading all the negative reviews I wanted to post a positive one! I have never had a issue with my ring service and recently been extremely impressed with the professional monitoring service. I received a call within 5 seconds of a CO2 alarm in my home, thank you so much! I have had a few glitches that were my own fault but I resolved them. Most people do not understand that you must have a very strong WiFi signal and range extenders if needed, connection is litterly everything! Love my Ring system.Ring

1 starSadly, I received poor service from Ring. I am paying monthly for Ring Doorbell. There is a lag time so I cannot see who was approaching my house but I can see them leaving (no facial or identifying features). They routinely deny my Neighbors posts yet allow others just like mine. The worst example was my description of a man testing people's door handles. I gave a description but was denied. A few days later this same man was arrested for the same thing in another neighborhood. I can no longer get the Neighbors app crime reports despite paying $3.99 a month. I am also thinking that I should let the ******* ** ***************** know that Ring is actually hiding the reporting of criminal activity. Yes, I would like an apology from Ring and an end to my contract since I am not receiving the services that I signed up for. I recently had a reputable security company install cameras and an alarm. I now can see what is really happening. They call the police directly if the alarm is triggered. I have accurate, realtime videos. I encourage others not to purchase Ring products. They are a decent product until you have a problem. I have 3 and 2 are defective. It has been over a month waiting for replacements. I have been told they are on backorder yet I can order new ones from *******. and have them in a week. **************** is a joke.Guess its time to cut my losses and find a new product!Ring
