I also have been getting spam email from this company and I refuse to provide a copy of my drivers license to be rid of them. I went through the same aggravation with peoplefinders and spokeo and it's like whackamole with these data thieves. They have zero conscience about exposing personal information that could lead to data theft or worse. I don't know why this is allowed to continue, but I want my information deleted from their site. The first transaction showed up February 11th, 2022 on my Credit Card statement. Continually, month after month, they have been charging me over and over again. I have tried time and time again to contact them but each and every time you attempt to reach their website, use any of their links, or attempt to find them on ******* you're led to a page that cannot be reached. There are absolutely no options to remove yourself from the billing and it just continues on and on. I have been charged 7 times now, a total of $195.93 for a service I do not use, have not intended to use, and cannot use - as there is no website that exists. Their promise was to generate a background check for an individual and the individual that I looked into was myself and the information was not even accurate. The charges show up differently on each credit card statement and there is no way to cancel your subscription, request a refund, or dispute the information provided. The business has not attempted to resolve the problem at all as there is no way to contact them whatsoever. I have no account, order, or tracking number. I have scoured my records for any receipt of this transaction and I can find none. There are plenty of emails that have been sent to me from PeopleWhiz, all of which led to a non-responsive weblink, but none of which contain any information regarding order info.If further information is required, please contact me via the e-mail address provided.Business Response

I keep getting spam email from this company. So I eventually opened one and followed the link. All my children's names were listed. I followed the opt out link and and asked that all my information be removed. They asked for ID to verify and then said the information would be deleted. I forgot to cover up information on my ID and sent another email asking that it be destroyed. I am still getting emails from them saying someone added information. If the information was removed how could anyone add anything. And why ask for ID in the first place unless they are trying to trick people into sending so they can add to the information.
