******************************* misrepresented her services and refused to work with me because I have a medical hearing condition that does not allow me to effectively work over the phone. I respectfully asked for her consideration and she responded with personal insults. I requested that she cease all contact and remove me from her client list and she continues to call and email, attempting to ********* as a client. It has been a year and yet she continues. I do NOT advise working with this person or trusting her with your sensitive information as, in my experience, she was biased, quick-tempered, and unprofessional.Student Loan Resource Group LLC

I still can't blink when I think about all that ********* has accomplished for me. I have never met anyone who is as dedicated and tenacious as she is. She is extremely persistent and knowledgeable. There truly is no roadblock that will stop her! She just powers right through anyone that gets in her way of relieving student debt. From the day ********* began working to relieve my student debt, it was obvious that she has a true passion and there were no hidden agendas with her. There really are no words that I can say to thank her for all she has done for me. My student loan debts are now a thing of the past. Can you just imagine what it is like not to have to make that huge payment every month? ********* did not just change my life. She gave me my life back. I will forever be grateful. My words come from the heart. If only there were a way that I could show you what she has done for me. Unfortunately, all I can say is that sometimes you have to lead by faith and that faith will always lead you to *********. I can say from experience that you CAN NOT and WILL NOT find a better choice than Student Loan Resource Group! 5 starsI saw my co worker on the phone for hours and hours month after month with with PSLF program. When I found out about the temporary waiver program, I also accidentally found *********. Thanks to her, I got my application in way in advance of the expiration of the temporary waiver. Tho the wait time for the temporary waiver was long, I was completely assured that my paperwork was in order and if anything went wrong, ********* would be the person on the phone because I would not have time to do so. I was super skeptical at first using Student Loan Resource Group. Not hearing anything for months wondering if anything would go through. I have had my first loan forgiven and am waiting for my next. ********* was great and helped me through everything. I had a lot of questions but she was always patient and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. They've saved me thousands of dollars already and if you're wondering if you should do it definitely give them a call.
