I was skeptical at first going thru this process . It's been a little under 2 years and ********* successfully helped me with my student loans . Sr. ********************** Loan advisor, *******************************, has been an excellent source and tool. From my experience, ********* walked me through the application process for PSLF, answering any questions regarding the approval process and student account while providing constant updates. ********* will be there for your student loan needs and questions at any point you decide to reach out. So glad I stumbled across you guys. ****, just the piece of mind knowing someone is in my corner is so great. At best my results will be %100 loan forgiveness and at worst my loan will be at a much, much lower interest rate that will lower my monthly payments drastically for the remaining term of my loan. I feel like there is actually a chance to pay the loan off instead of making payments my whole life and never seeing my balance decrease. Money well spent as far as I'm concerned. The absolute dysfunction of the governments student loan department is truly mind boggling. And the fact that they have been throwing away/losing people's forms and how truly impossible they have made it for the average person to navigate the process of loan forgiveness makes the task really feel like a daunting one. ******** Public servants complain about ******'s management of student loan forgiveness') ********* is really passionate about fighting for her people to make sure that they are heard and taken seriously through the process of PSLF. She once told me that she 'wakes up every morning fired up!' As far as I can tell she's working 24/7 and is always responding via txt to answer questions I have. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 24hrs for a response and typically get one same day. Just remember that there is tons of work that she is doing and it is a very lengthy process so patience is required. Keep up the good fight *********.
