      I bought my vizio tv in Oct 2021. 8 months later it had a line going through the tv. Ive spent several weeks trying to get a service worker to come out and check my TV. After multiple weeks of explaining my situation to many different operators. They gave me a run around with different emails,text numbers, none of them were receiving my information (for which they blamed me for). I finally asked for a manager ****** was her name who was just as bad as the rest of the workers. She was FINALLY able to receive my receipt of purchase and pictures of my TV. She then tells me they will send me a "recertified" TV with only a 3 month warranty. When I pointed out to ****** that my original TV I purchased still haD a 2 year warranty and would they honor that on my "refurbished " TV she had nothing to say.this whole experience with vizio and their workers has been a complete nightmare. I will tell all my friends and family to never buy from them.

      My TV stopped working once again, it is not even 2 years old. They claim it will be too costly to repair, this happened to me before with this company, at the time they offered me a new TV at a discounted price, so I purchased a new TV and the same thing happens to me again but now they offering me $125 which does not help me at all as I am a disabled person living on Supplemental Security Imcome.

      Please be advised that VIZIO has determined that the VIZIO television in question in this complaint has been out of warranty by approximately 2 years 10 months.  A copy of VIZIOs warranty can be viewed online at http://www.vizio.com/warranty.  In the interest of providing customer satisfaction ******************** has offered the customer a rebate discount towards a purchase of a replacement VIZIO television to help aide in the cost of replacement.  This is the only offer VIZIO is able to make at this time.

      I have been trying to get ahold of vizio for months now to fix my 2 tvs that are not working. They called me once and left a message and I have been trying to seek a resolution but no one responds to my emails or returns my calls. This is unacceptable.

      Please be advised that VIZIO has determined that the VIZIO ** in question in this complaint has been out of warranty by approximately 3 years.  A copy of VIZIOs warranty can be viewed online at http://www.vizio.com/warranty.  The VIZIO representative determined the ** would need to be replaced, but it is out of warranty. The VIZIO representative offered the customer a rebate towards the purchase of a new VIZIO **. The customer has accepted this offer.
