      I have an ongoing problem and complaint with my Zizio 32 inch tv.I have spoken to support severakl times.To no avail! I sent them what they asked for regarding the complaints of picture clairity.Now they want more.I don't know how to send them whaT THEY ASKED FOR AND ASKED FOR DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS VIA EMAIL HOW TO OBTAIN THIS.i RECEIVED A FORM REPLY AFTER SPECICIFICALLY REQUESTED DETAILED INFO.tHIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE SEPTEMBER.i PURCHASE THE ** JAN 2022.iT TURNS OFF BY ITSELF.tHE VOLUME DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK.tHE PICTURE QUALITY AT TIMES IS AWFULL! nOW tHE tV WILL NOT SHUT OFF i HAVE TO UNPLUG IT! i AM SO FRUSTRATED! pLEASE HELP.!~ kRI9STINE ********

      Received a 32 inch d series Vizio television on 12 2019. 6 months later television went black and no sound. Vizio sent a repairman out a month and a half later and was unable to repair. Was told by *** that I would receive a refund. Would not accept a hard copy of the receipt which was 4 and 1/2 ft long$2,100 on credit card at ******** Send a picture of the first one and a half foot that had all the pertinent information price of television etc location etc. Said they couldn't figure the tax for ******** even though they had the price of the television at 138 dollars so no credit. So Vizio did not honor it's one year warranty for this television. Zero Stars.

      NEVER BUY VIZIO! I had this crappy tv for over a year with nothing but problems. Tv freezes up Crome cast never works. Vizio all so dictates what apps you can have and gives you no choice for new apps. Vizio treat its customers as though they have no brain to decide anything for yourself. Horrible customer service they may never contact you back. Dont buy vizio you will just turn around and buy a better tv.

      This company is straight garbage. My tv stopped working after the warranty expired of course. After going through all the *** despite me telling them I hard wired it, and my WIFI works perfectly they tried to blame the connection. Again I TS and showed them the issue is NOT anything it the *** They said oh ok I see that it needs repair. The ** still has the plastic on it, not a scratch, brand new, hardly used, they dont care. It out of warranty they only make **s last for a year then if u find the receipt they will tell you since the tv is over a year, you can send it in and ***** days later they will repair it. So $$$ for repairs and be down for a month with no *** Tell me again how bad this business is. And the reps that help you just repeat them selves turn it off and on again if you want a ** for Year buy this then get ****** off and buy DECENT ONE. That Works. VIZIO ***** donkey ass!!!!!! & they like it.

      40" TV bought in January '22, nothing but issues, keeps freezing up, been on the phone with customer service many times. They keep wanting me to do an update, it freezes up before I can finish the update. Just spoke with a manager at customer service and she told me it wasn't a big deal that my TV hasn't worked for 4 weeks and asked if I could give them a few more weeks to figure it out. Never again will we purchase anything from vizio!

      Terrible product and failed to resolve my issue. I bought a 40" **. It worked fine for the first two weeks. It stopped working properly so I was told to do a factory reset. It now just keeps looping and asking me to pick a language. If I walk away from the ** it goes into demo mode. Tech support can't fix it and I can't get a refund from Best Buy because their return policy is only 15 days and Vizio refuses to send me a refund or exchange. At this point I don't want the **, the whole experience has left me feeling violated. They have my money and I have a paper weight.

      In August of 2021 I bought a Vizo 58" tv. Today, just a little over a month past the time the warranty ran out, I have to conduct a wake for this tv. I will never buy another vizo. A few days ago, horizontal lines started appearing in the middle of the screen. When I turned it on today, I got nothing but a blurry white blob covering the entire screen.

      Since the roll out of their new update on 9/4 I have been unable to use my TV. Its been 6 days and I have been caught in an endless loop of a restarting TV. Tech support can do nothing until a new update is created and rolled out. However there is no timeframe for when that update will come. Now Im unable to watch my streaming services that I pay monthly for.

      This tv is more stressful to use than anything Ive ever seen. Have to reboot it regularly and factory reset often. Turn the tv on and a half hour later maybe you can actually watch something if you havent thrown something threw it. You can use ******* no problem but dont even think about trying to stream HBO plus or Hulu. The biggest waste of money! Dont waste your time, your money or your sanity.

      We bought a brand new Vizio about a year and a half ago for our new house. We mounted it in the wall plugged it in and everything worked fine. Here we are not even 2 years later and the screen flashes horribly! Weve never moved it, plugged in any outside sources and dont watch it very often but of course its now broken. Spent way too much money for a large tv for it to break only after months. It seems to me these tvs are garbage.
