      I purchased a 58 inch ** and it's always had problems. I've talked to Vizio support a bunch of times but they just told me things to troubleshoot it never thinking that after all those times that maybe the ** was faulty. Eventually it had no picture but by then it was out of warranty and they said there was nothing i could do. Well i kept calling and calling until i spoke with a manager and he agreed to do a swap with me. Well i've had a tracking number for months but they keep delaying it. Each time they delay it 16 business days which is 20 days total. The ** is practically new yet i've been without it for over a year. I'm going down to Legal Aid because this just makes no sense. I don't advise anyone to buy a Vizio **, their service is terrible as is their customer service. Which is almost null and void because you van barely get somebody on the phone and when you do they just give you the run around! And honestly i only gave it 1 star because there was no option for zero stars.

      I purchased a Vizio 55 inches ** in November 2020. Around October 2021, the ** already had issues of having no images and I called the company a few times about it and the representatives ran some diagnostics to fix it. In 2022, the situation became worse that the ** would have no images and audio 14 times in a 60 minutes period. Eventually the ** also would not connect to Internet so could not use the smart ** function like watching ******** etc. It would also turn on by itself, including in the middle of the night while I was asleep, or when I went to work. I called the company several times and was promised to have a replacement ** around July 7. It never came. So when I called to chase up, they promised to give me another ** delivery, but up to today (August 29), I still have not gotten my replacement **. They said they will have one shipped very soon, but not sure whether this time it is for real. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I lost all the confidence in this brand/company.

      My Vizio TV only lasted 8 months. Keeps going back to pick a language. Can't even watch regular TV on it. Worst TV ever. Will not ever buy one again

      I purchased a 58 inch Vizio smart television on 5/12/21 and the television went black June ************************************************************************ June 2022. They thought they had figured out the problem and ordered a part. Well part came in and they came 7 July 2022 and they were unable to fix the problem. I was told to go through the manufacture so I contacted Vizio. I was told to send in my receipt and photos of the television. After sending the information in *********** I finally got a call back on August 16 2022. I talked to **************** rep and they told me the television wasnt covered under warranty. I argued the point that no television should stop working within a year of purchase. So I requested to talk to member of management. The Managers name was Niko and he refused to give me his last name. He offered me a 120 dollars towards a new Vizio television. I couldnt believe this was the only resolution. Why would I want another Vizio television? I have never felt discriminated against until now.

      Purchased a M557-G0 4k 55" 2019 model in ********************************************************************************************************************************************* to access my firestick. The ** always struggled connecting to my WIFI with even modern routers and regularly battled with my sound bar but tonight was the last straw. I would be ok if things got slower or even limited in functionality but the fact the ** doing absolutely nothing 3 years into it's life is unacceptable. My wife and I will certainly be looking at literally any other brand next. I loathe this unethical company and wish they weren't allowed to pass their e-waste off as consumer electronics in *****************. Zero stars if it were possible. I am now out 500$ for a product that didn't even last 3 years before becoming unsellable garbage.

      TV no longer connects to internet, customer service super unhelpful saying, "Sorry your warranty is expired"Will not purchase another Vizio product again after this experience.

      After having my Vizio 55 inch 4K tv replaced 4 times I insisted upon refund. It was finally approved and in their warehouse 7-18-22. I was supposed to receive my check in about a week according to the info from them about the return. I did not. I had to do an inquiry. On 8-2-22 I received a phone call telling me that they will cut me a check in 2 more weeks! I said NO, you have the tv and you have the money. You can not have both. I want my refund. Enough time has passed and it is not appropriate to make me wait any longer. They have done nothing but take my time off work to switch out tvs, hours on phone with customer service and now weeks waiting on them to return my money after I returned their product. This should be a crime. It is in the very least UNETHICAL. The consumer is being consumed by the very people they should be serving. If I charged them by the hour for my time they have consumed they would owe me much more. They do not care.

      I bought a 65" Vizio on 8/9/19. In the last two months the backlighting on a third of the screen is out. Dark spots! This rendered the ** unwatchable. Of course the warranty has run out but you would expect the thing to last a lot longer than that. I have tried everything Vizio service center had me try to correct the problem but no change. At the end of our conversation I was advised to purchase a new ** as this one would cost as much or more than a new one to repair. Really, this is the solution! There were no offers or discounts from them either. And then, " Is there anything else I can help you with ******************"? Totally done with this company! To bad you can't give 0 stars.

      i have bought 3 Visio TV's in the past 2 years for the prices compared to other name brands and do not have a single tv now to watch today. every one has had the cable/coax screw-on plug to fall off at random and no way to hook up antenna. i have a 55" and two 32" TV's that have nothing else wrong with ,not a scratch, but cant watch anything due to parts( the same parts) falling off
