      The worst automated service ever. Press or say 2. You do both and NOTHING. I had to call several times JUST TO MAKE A PAYMENT! An early payment at that.

      Would give them a 0 star rating. Do not recommend using these guys for service. Late on reporting to credit bureaus on good status. Quick to give negative. Has not released my title to ***. **************** is subpar at best. All calls go unresolved left hanging. Couple of times was left on hold for over 20 mins. Never would I use them again

      I have never had to contact Hyundai for anything and today my car was repossessed because they got the documents wrong. I've been paying every month on time and I signed a 6 month extension. They decided to not go with the extension for whatever reason and I was left without a car today. When I called customer service, all I got was an I'm sorry and call back tomorrow. I will never buy a Hyundai again. They don't update their contracts and they made me sign the same one 2 times. I'm beyond ****** off and now I have to get a ride from coworkers until my car is returned. I even had to file a police report because I left my wallet and gun in my car (which i never do) and I can't even contact the tow company because they are closed.

      The customer service from ********************************************* is the worst. I refinanced my car and they were paid off. They sent my overpayment check to the new loan servicer when it was supposed to go to me. That was on 2/27. They agreed to send a new check directly to me and said it would go out on 4/7. It is now 4/13. No check and no help. It is clear they dont want me to have the money I am owed and I will now need to consult an attorney. Avoid financing with these people.

      Extremely Disappointed with My 2020 *** ****** and Service Experience I regret to share my ongoing frustration with my 2020 *** ******, as my experience has been riddled with issues and inadequate service from the *** dealership as well as the ************ who isn't holding them accountable.Initially, I faced significant problems with the *** module, requiring a nine-month stay at the dealership for a complete transmission replacement(This is no exaggeration) I repeat nine-monthsdespite having just over ****** miles. Following that, at around ****** miles, I had to replace the high-pressure fuel pump, which thankfully was covered under ***s extended warranty as there have been known issues for this year make and model.After the latest fuel pump repair, I encountered a dead battery and had to get a jump-start. Shortly after, I realized the ** wasn't working, and the fan speed control k*** was stuck. I left a voicemail with the dealership about these issues, but when I followed up, they informed me that fixing the ** would cost $1,500an exorbitant fee for something that functioned perfectly before the repairs.I feel misled and taken advantage of, particularly as a woman navigating these repairs. The service manager stated that nothing during the fuel pump repair could have caused my ** issues, but after doing some further research I have found this to be untrue as there are 5 different things which could have taken place during the ********* my frustration, I reached out to *** ************* requesting that they hold the dealership accountable. Unfortunately, my attempts were *************** this point, I am left feeling extremely dissatisfied with both my vehicle and the service received. The ongoing problems and lack of accountability from the dealership and *** ************ have made it clear that this vehicle has persistent issues, and I no longer feel comfortable keeping it.I hope others consider this before purchasing a ***.

      nresolved Dispute, Misrepresentation, and ********************* I am highly dissatisfied with Kia Finance America (KFA). After entering into a contract for a 2025 **********, I requested a rescission of the agreement due to discrepancies in the terms. Despite my efforts, *** ignored my requests, misrepresented my actions, and falsely labeled my dispute as part of a sovereign citizen debt elimination scheme.Even after filing a formal complaint with the ************************************ (****), *** continued to report my account as delinquent and escalated it to collections, along with initiating repossession efforts. This is a clear violation of my rights, and the lack of proper communication or resolution is unacceptable.I would not recommend Kia Finance America due to their failure to resolve disputes in a professional and timely manner. They have shown little regard for consumer protection laws and basic customer service standards.

      Their customer service is the worst. My car was totaled on February 14. Ive called in several times and received different answers everytime I called in. I need them to send paperwork to GAP so they can cover my car. I dont understand why I keep getting different answers and why they are not sending the paperwork. They received the check from my insurance company on March 1 and I was told three days after they receive the check they will send the paperwork to GAP and til this day. They still have yet to send it. I cant get another car because this other car is still on my credit. They are the worst. I also asked if they could send me my own paperwork and they said they cant send it to the customer, but its my paperwork. It doesnt make sense to me.

      Avoid This Rental Company at All Costs!
      If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is nothing short of a scam operation, preying on customers with fraudulent charges and blatant extortion tactics. I leased a car for only three months, yet they tried to force me to pay a full year’s worth of taxes—a charge that was never in my contract. When I refused, they threatened to ruin my credit score unless I complied.
      This is not just unethical but possibly illegal. They operate with deceptive business practices, attempting to bully customers into paying fees they don’t owe. Their customer service is useless, completely unwilling to resolve the issue unless I handed over money for charges I was never responsible for.
      If you value your money, sanity, and credit score, stay far away from this company. Their dishonest and borderline criminal behavior should not go unpunished. I will be reporting them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and my state’s Attorney General. Do not trust them, do not rent from them, and do not let them scam you like they tried to scam me.

      *** provides the worst customer service Ive ever had out of any business in my entire life. Today, I am calling them back for a third time after separate occasions where they told me a supervisor would reach out to me and they never did. They do not communicate AT ALL with the dealerships and when I leased my new vehicle, I received letters sent to my parents house where I have not lived in years several months later saying that I need to return my old leased vehicle, which I returned for a new vehicle months prior. There is no communication and nothing ever gets done and anytime I get a new vehicle, the dealership tells me I paid for everything and Im squared away and everything is good just for *** to send a bill for several hundred dollars to an address where I no longer live when they have my updated address which screws everything up for everybody. Im going to leave negative reviews on multiple platforms until a supervisor from *** actually reaches out to me like they said they would. Somebody needs to regulate this business and I wish I knew of a governing body that did so.
