      I turned in my lease 3 days before the contract due date as part of the contract was before it reached 30,00 miles. turned in my lease and everything was noted fine. 2 years later, I get a letter saying that they are collecting with a "second" notification when I never received a first one. I called and they said that they charging me for an early termination fee and an extra month of payment. What?!! and this after two years. I asked why I only heard from them two years later and they said that they had paused letters and invoices due to the pandemic and are finally returning to sending out mail. How much more of a life and b.s. can this be? They trick their customers and lie to get more money and threaten to ruin our credit. What a bunch of crooks!

      We had a payment sent to Hyundai for the full ***** of our lease. We found out by call that this money is sitting in escrow and we were told by an agent we could have it sent back to us. After waiting a month we got no communication from Hyundai. We have since called 4 other times, out through to an escalation specialist that will put our email through as high priority and each time you call you have to tell them whats going on. After 5 calls of over ***** minutes some how these priority emails have not gotten anywhere. There is no where else to call and they claim they have no supervisors. Hey Hyundai get it together and send me my 18k back. Worst customer service everif you call your escalation specialist will put that email through to no oneapparently

      After trying three months to get Kia ********************** to configure electronic payment against my bank and the 5th phone call to support, I was told by the support rep to just use my own bank to send echeck to them instead. I have done that since and now fighting with *** as they are charging me NSF fees for checks they are cashing with plenty of funds in my account. Whether it is incompetence or outright fraud, do not use this finance company.

      So upsetting experience and no communication, was so bad i was running 4 days just to get my lease car back they tow it away at midnight without a Warning or anything else they just took it and tell me there is outstanding balance on my account which is I dont know about because I have auto payment but instead they took the car and give it to a scam towing company I have to deal with they dont open the weekend and they close very early how convenient is that, i am so sad i have spent all this money on this car , just feel got scammed by Hyundai and the towing company. Hyundai customer service not the best and i got no help just some women yelling in the phone and treated me in bad way i hope you will consider fix all this problems I could see all these complaints from multiple customers and all of them gave one star , I cant believe i got treated like this .

      Horrendous experience with these thieves.Their dealership lied when they told me I was paying extra every month so that - when I turned in the keys - I could walk away. Which I did.It turns out the dealership was instead selling me "insurance" - which was news to me as I work in the insurance industry and perk up at that word.After turning in the car, I got a "lease-turn in" **** from HMFC, which would magically go away if I got another Hyundai/ When I told them what happened, they said "the dealership is a different company. You really should have read the fine print. And your account is now past due."Interestingly, the insurance paperwork was missing from my packet (I saved everything.) HMFC had no idea who the insurance company was. The dealership did not, either. Finally, someone guessed the name of the "insurance" company...which was not actually an insurance company. While I was waiting for the payment from the "insurance" company, HFMC said I was now 60 days late and a "collections" account...even though there was nothing to collect, as they had the car.HMFC then assured me they would "clear it up with the credit bureaus"...which, of course, they did not. So my formerly pristine credit rating took a giant hit because Hyundai dealers are liars and HMFC says "too bad, so sad." When I talk to people about my worst customer service experiences, ********************** is far and away #1. A textbook example of a short-term "win" and a long-term loss. I've told hundreds of people about how anti-consumer they are. It's too bad - they make nice cars. But I will never buy one again.

      If I could provide zero stars for this ******ship and *** ********************** in general I would. Initially, my interaction at ********** last year went okay working with ***. However, I was told several times that the car would be ready to be picked up by the date that I wanted but on the day of (after driving over an hour to the ******ship), I was told it was not ready and I would need to come back the following week. Upon signing the lease agreement I had the option of paying an extra fee to cover my vehicle's maintenance at any *** ******* I opted-in to this service and was told I would receive coupons in the mail to redeem these services (oil change, tire rotation, etc). Despite calling several times and it being in my lease contract that these coupons would be sent, I never received the coupons and have had trouble getting my vehicle serviced at my local *** ****** in Worcester (even this past time I went in July where I was told they would cover one oil change but no others despite paying for them through my monthly rate). Frustrated, I called *** several times looking to cancel this maintenance package and was told this could only be completed by an individual at ********** who was never at his phone, leaving me to provide several voicemails. Fed up with Balise, I contacted *** ********************** Finance to cancel the maintenance package and again was told this could only be done by the ****** where I bought the car. As of today I continue to call again and again and still have yet to speak with anyone in order to solve this issue. As means of distancing myself from this ******ship, I decided it would be best to re-finance my vehicle through my bank for a better interest rate and lower monthly payments. However, I needed to cancel the maintenance package first, which has still not been done at the time of this review on August 6, 2022. I spoke with several other ******ships who all said I needed information from ********** before I could move forward. I'M NEVER GETTING ANOTHER ****

      I moved to another state and have been trying to get HMF to send the title to the state I moved to. I contacted them its of July to start the process. They sent me a secure email to reply and provide them with the information which I did immediately. The *** also mailed a request. I called several times in the last month to check the status of the transfer and was told it was processing and they had no further details. The last Time I called they sent me to a special agent who told me they had not received any email or requests from the ***. I requested another secure email and responded right away. I also asked for a fax number and So the *** could fax another request. A few hours later I called to see if they had received my email or the fax and was told it would take 2 business days to see if anything had been received and then was hung up on by a supervisor. The customer service and the way I have been talked to by several employees has been terrible and I will never buy another Hyundai for fear of having to deal with this company again.

      I turned in my vehicle December of 2019 from a lease. In January of 2021 I got a **** stating I owed personal property for 2020 even though I didnt have possession of the vehicle at all in 2020. I had to jump through hoops. Fax documents 3-4 times and finally the fee was removed with out a call back or letter advising me. Now to July of 2022. 2.5 years after turning in the vehicle I have received a **** stating I owe for turning my lease in early. At this point its been 2.5 years. This is morally incorrect to **** someone so long later. I called the business on 7/20. Was escalated for a management call back. Today is 7/28 no call back has occurred and I called in again asking for a supervisor to be told none are available and I would most likely not get a call at the earliest of Monday. This is absurd all the way around.

      This company has no regards to humans and life. I told them I was having surgery and had been out of work..They continued to call and harass me, once I was $125 behind in a payment. They told me it was nothing that they could do for me. No one that I spoke with.made any notes for the next call. As soon as I figure out how to *** them for harassment, it is done!
