      My daughter bought used *** *** She had electrical issue car would lock her out then would go into anti theft mode she could not get it out of park and dealer could never get it to repeat so could not fix after several trips 140 miles round trip she did car fax *** had repurchased due to electrical issues we spent 3 month going up ladder and they refuse to buy back. *** fixes it where you cant talk to the ones that can decide this but you have to go thru all the lower people they do all the work and are very nice but the upper management are to good to talk to customers. We will never ever buy another *** I would not have a *** even it was given to me for free. They have beautiful cars but they are pieces of junk and they wont stand behind them.

      KIA ****** burning oil since ****** miles, took it several times to *** dealership and the issue was always ignored, recently my car started burning 1 quart of oil every 500 miles and took it again to service they did not wanted to look at it , i was told that the oil level is full, told them that i am adding oil to keep that level full. I was ignored. drove the car one more week after the visit and the car started burning twice as much oil. I truly believe some dirty work was done to the car by the dealership. There is a engine settlement on this model if the engine seize , stall or start on fire they will replace the engine, I can't drive my car with no oil to have this happen to me , and not being sure that they might or they might not replace the engine. Company is like a scam, they are supposed to do an oil consumption test and if true replace the engine for free but they are not doing that.Emailed the corporate office and they said there no recalls for burning oil. This is a scam, hope somebody will get to the bottom of this. this is so not right. people can't drive their cars with no oil so the engine starts on fire, only people that does not notice that their car is burning oil will do that , and they will do it by accident.

      I selected 1 star because I don't know if I am rating my experience in the BBB site or the company my complaint it to. I am writing this review on BBB with hope of HELP! I purchased a 2023 ********* brand new from the dealership on 12/28/22 for my daughter and on Sunday 9/24/24 was the first occurrence of the issue. This was under 2 years of having the vehicle which does fall into the New Jersey lemon law time frame however we are over the 24k miles. The issue is that the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree with all the lights blinking and beeping noises. The speedometer doesn't work, you can't tell if the blinkers work or the lights the gas gauge goes up and down, you can't see what gear you are in etc. etc. On Monday 9/25/24 called the dealership and they said if it isn't happening now there is nothing we can do. So since then we drove it into the dealer 5 times with it happening and they were not able to fix it. I filed a claim with Kia America and since then it has been now twice to a second *** dealership with a couple of tech calls to their specialists and still no resolution. We have a spreadsheet of timeline occurrence. Videos and pictures each time this happened. This is now 15 times this has happened and countless days without the vehicle but still paying a car payment. It is still in the dealership and they can't find the problem. My daughter is afraid to drive the car. At this point its a safety HAZARD and a LIABILITY. The case worker at *** said they will not do anything. I asked the case worker what happens when her warranty runs out and or the dealership can't fix it? She said we don't work with hypotheticals. We need HELP. I am about to reach out to ** **** in your corner. Help me ****** and or Better Get ******* team from 4 NY. An attorney, my Mayor etc. Thank you.

      Bought my *** k4 2025 in February at ******** and the experience has been c*** The first day driving I went up near *************** , immediately had a burnt smell. I disregarded it thinking maybe its fresh paint burning , WRONG. Till this day 4 months later my tail pipe throws a musty smell. Issue number 2 , the hesitant gas pedal. Who knows what it is maybe fuel system , transmission but daily and I mean DAILY my accelaration is poor,jerky, struggling and overall doesn't work. It has its good mornings but once I'm on the road for more than 10 minutes its back to the struggle. I've had my K4 serviced twice at **** service, they never once test drove the car because I was tracking the *** almost all day for the three days they had it. Once I got my car back it tooks about 45 minutes the service advisor ******* ******* was so lost on where my car was, I had to ask and ask and ask finally the guys who are out front welcoming you helped me and brought my car. That was my decision to never go back to ************* Next took it to Van Nuys *** waited to weeks from my appointment because they are moving. Finally they kept it for three days they still werent able to diagnose the issue and repair it. Modesto the advisor there said " we can't duplicate the issue''. Some how they made me pay $82 because they supposedly found plastic bags stuck to my exhuast. BS I even told him I don't want it cleaned and he said oh well you authorized the diag so you have to. He reported that info to ******** which got my case closed and said the car works fine. NO it does not work fine. Never going. Now today June 18th 2025 I was parking arriving somewhere the k4 said engine off shift to P while ringing the alarm from the dash. I have it on film. Second driving down ************* and boom car engine shuts off while car are behind me. I had to shift to p then turn the car off. Turned it back on while getting honked at and that was that. $700 a month for a lack of urgency to help me. Boo ***.

      My car was totaled my insurance and gap coverage thank god paid the car off. We were told we had to keep making payments so we did, u til we got a refund on our extended warranty and that was applied to our balance. We were told after the car was paid off we would be getting a refund of the car payment we had made in January 2025. The car was paid off by gap end of march 2025. It is now June of 2025 and they still havent issued the refund because of an IT issue they are really quick to take your money but give it back is a few month process. Like this is absolutely ridiculous! Its been 3 months!

      I brought my *** sportage in 2020. Is a 2020. I have never had problems with my car. It's the best. *** motors also do my services on my car.. I brought 4 new tires, got a alignment and got my oil changed. In the process of the mechanic doing my rotation, rotated my tires backwards. They also bent two of my rims. In stead of getting me 2 rims, they are getting them fixed. They are so low down. I have never heard of fixing them. Two **** cheap to buy me some more. Its going to be Memorial weekend, so I will be without my car. They want even rent me a car, being It's their fault. I ask them to rent me a car. They wouldn't do it. So they will never get my service ever again. I just spent over ***** dollars with them. My feelings was really hurt. I was a loyal customer with them. Now I'm very disappointed and depressed about my car.

      I regret purchasing a *** vehicle and feel compelled to share my ongoing, frustrating experience with Kia USA. My car has had repeated transmission issues, resulting in the transmission being replaced once alreadyyet the same error continues to appear, most recently three times after the replacement. I even had my vehicle at the dealership just last week for this issue, and the error has already returned.I have attempted to go through the proper channels, including emailing *******, the *** ***** assigned to my case, but have received no response. The lack of communication and accountability from *** has been shocking and unacceptable for a company of this size.I have also had to research and prepare for a lemon law case, something no consumer should be forced to do simply because a manufacturer fails to properly repair a vehicle or stand behind their product. ***'s failure to resolve this issue and properly communicate with me has left me angry, disappointed, and ready to take legal action.I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting ***. Based on my experience, *** does not stand by its customers or products once a problem arises.***** V 2022 *** *******

      I made a formal complaint regarding the worst experience I had at Hollywood *** dealership experience. My complaint was logged as "Case Number: 25219371"I received a voicemail message from *** customer support saying "Hello my name is ****** calling from *** customer care to follow up on your concern about the sales experience I do apologize for any issues you have however *** is not going to compensate you anything for that experience" The customer care center did not even contacted the dealership in question to inquire the un-ethical sales practice and mentioning to be each dealership is operated independently. Then my question is why they have a complaint form in the first place to report issues for any *** dealership ? Thanks

      I do not like my experience with ***********. The dealership is fine, but not ***********. It is impossible to get a straight answer from customer service. Also, I had my account on Autopay with *** and I paid it early online, and it still ran the payment again. When I asked for one of the payments to be reversed, they only mailed a check, and it took about 3 weeks and completely messed up my finances. What did not make sense is they said that it will always pull the *** payment out regardless of an online payment, however, when I looked online they pushed back my due payment for a month, so obviously I was misinformed.

      2016 Kia ******* 3.3 L GDI engine ******* miles.Engine blowing coolant from reservoir. Vehicle sat at *** dealership for 5 months before *** denied extended warranty coverage. Insufficient service records. The issue is that of workmanship and materials, not lack of maintenance. The failures of these engines are well documented. *** was absolved by the ***** for extending warranties - warranties they have no intention of honoring. $15,000 quote to replace the engine.
