I have a 2018 *** ********* I was recently a victim of the social media trend "*** ***** in *******. My window was broken and my steering column damaged. They was trying to steal my vehicle. This incident is happening all over the county. All it takes is a simple ******* or Tiktok search and you will not only find how to do it but other consumers that cars have been stolen or damaged. Thankfully my car was only damaged and not stolen. I reached out to *** ********************** on this morning to see if there has been anything put into place to help consumers. The response I was given was "All new 2022 models have immobilizer standard and I should submit a claim to my insurance to get my car fixed.". I believe that is unacceptable. *** should be covering the repairs as well as installing immobilizers free. Dealerships in ********* have implemented this on their own so why cant it be accross the board. There should be a recall on *** without push to start. Consumers should have been notified that this is going on from *** **********************. The lack of communication is only putting your consumers lives in danger because their vehicles are targets. It is also a trickle down effect because it will start clogging up body shops for the repairs as well as insurance claims will go up. This can be fixed from the source. We need immobilizers in every *** to deter criminals from targeting our vehicles.

I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership in my life. The salesman and manager were highly unprofessional. I went to the dealership alone, as a young female, and I was bullied for asking to negotiate the price of the car. I was talked down to - What is there to discuss, thats the price of the car? as the manager threw his hands up like I was wasting his time. All while in the lobby of the dealership, with multiple customers and other salesman around. I contacted *** ********* and there response had nothing to do with my treatment - it was all about how the dealership makes their own prices hmm, ok? I think there was a bigger issue. Run, dont walk, away from *** because they truly dont care about their customers.

I bought a *** and less than 2yrs there has been problems. Someone hit my husband and they have no insurance and my car is totaled due to the two recalls in which one has no remedy. The car is leaking fuel which is part of the recall and could cause and explosion. Now I have no car due to *** producing quality or quality vehicles. My car insurance do not want to pay enough for me to purchase another vehicle and I have gap and uninsured motorist on my plan. This is an outrage! No one cares about life anymore just getting money out of people. I will never but *** again since more cars have been recalled since 2014 model. I wish I could rate a negative star.

I have a 2016 Kia **** in 2019 not aware of any of the recalls. I have been trying to get recalled motor repaired for months. I have spoke with the only 3 *** dealerships in **********. The ones in *********************** stated they're not taking any vehicles due to over load of vehicle. I spoke with ****** dealership stated they would take the vehicle but do not know when they will be able to get to the vehicle.I advised all dealerships that this is my only means of transportation and will need a loaner or a rental. They told me that they do not provide that to the customer. I would not be able to get back and forth to work without a vehicle.I recently spoke with Consumer Affairs for assistance and was told there was nothing they could do to assist me with my situation and it was up to me to rent a vehicle with Hertz at my expense the dealership may or may not reimburse me but there's nothing they can do.I also can not afford to purchase a new or used car at this time but need this one repaired before I am stranded on the side of the road or lose my job due to not being able to get back and forth to work.,
