      Waiting for a call back 2 days now, and ***** C wont pick up the phone. My car has a defect that will go on for a life time that once the warranty is out, i will be paying out of pocket about 400$. And their solution is to reinburse me 3 car payments. How does that help me out? Im stuck with this car and on top, if i decide to trade in, ill be upside down. Also calling this place takes ************** you to be screwed. There should be a large class action lawsuit against them. Its not fair to the consumer

      We have a 2015 ****************** My daughter hit a deer. We took our pictures and sent them to insurance. They said go ahead and drive it until the repair shop can take it. Fast forward 3 weeks later the car died on her in the middle of the highway. Her engine was locked up. Towed it to a *** ********** and spoke with **** They were fully covering the engine. Then they tear it down to repair and say there is sludge in the engine due to lack of maintenance. That was not the case. We performed our oil changes at home as my husband knows how to do that. They wont warranty the engine. So we say ok make repairs as we were getting nowhere with **** The car only has 80k miles on it. The mechanic at the *** ********** also finds that the timing chain is bad as well as the oil pump but *** still says that they will not cover the repairs. The mechanic noted that the timing chain and oil pump has caused the metal shavings which caused the sludge. *** ****** care. Refuse to warranty any of it. I will never buy a *** again and now we are eating a $7,000.00 ****. I have been on hold for over an hour. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

      I bought a 2016 Sportage and until this year have been basically happy with it.Back in January of this year 2022, I heard about a possible recall on certain models of *** SUVs, regarding a possible fire in the **** part, and heard that there's a possibility you have to park your car outside until it can be repaired. It took about 6 weeks to finally get through to *** ********************** to confirm whether this was the case -- all they could tell me is that I would receive a letter in the mail (which I can't believe in this day and age that something has to come through a letter instead of email or calling), after March 31st. Meanwhile they would not confirm whether my vehicle was one of the ones in this recall, they said it could only be verified by letter. So once I got the letter I then contacted them trying to find out what was the status on getting this recalled part replaced/repaired, because at that point my car had already been sitting outside for 4 months. It is now August, and they still cannot give me a deadline of when this part will be available, so I'm stuck with my car still sitting outside in all of the elements, and no indication whatsoever of when this can be resolved.This just seems such a deplorable way of communication, as well as company policies. And it is very frustrating, in the meanwhile to not have any answers, along with no ideas for resolving the situation

      So since *** wants to take no responsibility and wont issue a warning to their customers I will try to warn as many people as I can. On Friday July 29th at 2:30 am my neighbors car burst into flames while parked, not running, in our parking lot. She had a KIA ***** and if you do your research on ***s this isnt the first time this has happened. Luckily her and her daughter were not in the car at the time but unfortunately for others, there are some cases where people were driving when this happened and some did not make it out. The entire car was engulfed in flames within seconds.       *** ********************** doesn't care about their customers, and has chosen to not do the right thing. My husband and I purchased a 2023 Sportage Prestige, and it has an awful and unsafe windshield that has filament running all the way through it that was not disclosed to us by the dealer. It impedes our site when driving it, we asked for a replacement and *** ********************** basically said it's not their problem and it's the way that we purchased it. Thanks for the special consideration KA. This is our first and last *** purchase. Ours, our friends and family and every single person that we ever talk to will know about this and the fact that *** ********************** didn't do the right thing. All we're asking for is a NORMAL windshield replacement. The windshield that apparently comes "standard" is absolutely ridiculous. Supposedly the filament is there as a defrost feature, but we bought the "******* package" and live in the Southwest. You wouldn't need this much defrost in your windshield living at the North Pole.

      *** ought to be ashamed. Their dealerships are unable to provide proper service. They have untrained, inexperienced, unhappy employees. We bought a new 2022 and will never buy another. I wish I would have read the BBB reviews before purchasing. Highly recommend you steer clear of *** vehicles. Corporate customer service was just as bad as the multiple dealerships Ive dealt with. Awful.

      F@&K YOU ***********!!!! My 2020 kia ***** is leased and I was in an accident 4/3 that was over 5k in damages so my insurance company sent the check for repairs to *** and they added the check to my monthly payments after being advised to pay the body shop for my repairs. My car has been ready since last week Friday but I cannot get my car because *** has not paid them. Every time I call *** ******** service the agent disconnects the call after asking for a supervisor. I have sent all required docs via fax and email and they still have not reached out to the body shop for verbal approval so that the funds can be released. My car has been in the shop for over 4 weeks this is unacceptable. *** shows no urgency in resolving this issue. I am so disappointed and I am ready to return this vehicle as soon as it is in my possession and never drive a *** again in life! This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. Too bad I couldnt give them a half star.

      Our KIA ******* burst into flames ten days ago. I've tried contacting **** absolutely no response from them. I was on the phone for an hour and a half, just trying to get someone. It was very frustrating. Absolutely would never recommend ****

      DO NOT BUY A **** THEY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT. THE WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING. THEY KNOW FROM CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS THEYVE LOST THAT THEIR 2012 to 2019 VEHICLES WITH THE ***** 2 ENGINES CONSUME OIL AND BLOW THE BOTTOM END PUSH ROD BEARINGS CAUSING THE ENGINES TO CEASE. SEE ******** GROUPS LIKE ENGINE FAILURES *** AND ******** YOU ARE WARNED.
