      Our experience, as a company, with Avetta has been very negative. They can't answer direct questions. They give you the same run around without any support. Upon seeking support, it's more run around with similar obscure answers that don't answer anything. There's not one direct person to interact with that would be the knowledgeable support contact. We get automated messages and new people who have no idea what we are speaking about. One issue quickly turns into 12 different support tickets and your head spins with; How did I get here? Can I just speak to one person with a brain who can help me? No! Every time we contact them, it's all headaches and confusion. We've asked several direct questions, but they can't provide satisfactory answers. Instead, they evade the issue.

      There is always room for improvement. The fact that the team there genuinely wants to hear the feedback-good/bad/ugly and try to create change to make the process better is more than a lot of other companies do. You typically only see the bad on these type of sites because for those people who they dont have a lot of issues they are not going to report that here. I have worked in this system since the old PICS days and it has improved dramatically and I see that continuing over time. In a lot of cases the frustration and pain points are from the client not from Avetta but people dont know the difference. Also have been charged 5xs more from competing compliance platforms for 1 connection. Its all a business decision on whether or not it makes sense to go through the process to work for a client and pay the cost to work for them.

      HOW ABOUT NO STARS???? This company and its Avetta connections app is unethical, unprofessional, and illogical. What a horrific experience it has been dealing with them. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The *** is nonexistent, you cannot speak to a human, and when you use the chat functions, they LIE.Run the other direction if a customer of yours requests you obtain a membership. Very poor customer service and they hide their contact information. I even removed my billing information and they put it back up and charged my credit card again. I have never felt so frustrate and taken advantage of in business. I can relate to every complaint on this site for Avetta - and Avetta's robots answer using the same canned wording over and over again. How does BBB give them an A????? Just because the chatbots answer every complaint!

      ***Horrible Company will not take responsibility for their mistakes.*** Avetta added the wrong company to our account with out authorization, We do not know the company they added and will never have anything to do with the company as they are based out of ******, we are in **************** (******* km or 49 hours). They should take responsibility for their mistake and credit back the cost of $1510.66. When I called them, they said I was two days late and It was past the 30 days. This happened because they automatically charged it on our credit card, and I didnt see the charge until I received my statement and reconciled the card. This was their mistake, no matter how long it was, AVETTA SHOULD take responsibility (being their mistake in the first place). I have multiple case numbers with this incident and they were all very rude and unprofessional. This charge goes back to September of 2022.

      Horrible system, top to bottom. I have to agree with the one star review. They'll send you 3 emails a day because the guy in ***** they've subbed the **** to doesn't know how interpret the information you've provided. Ask they way it was rejected and there's no reason provided, they simply show your business is out of compliance when it's completely within. It's an unbelievable waste of time and money. this software requires a daily contribution and you're always at fault. I can't wait to never get another email form them. Stick to comply works and ISN, Avetta is a sales pitch and nothing else. One of those places no one works at. I've requested a refund and a deactivation, good riddance.

      I am a one-woman band and work as a freelance PHA Facilitator. One of my clients insisted I should sign on with Avetta and so I did. First of all, I only have limited insurance policies since in my line of work, I do not need much. But still - it looked as though I might pick up more business.Instead, I was pestered about insurance renewals. And when I decided to no longer work with that client, I contacted Avetta to try and come out of the contract or at least not to renew again. Have you tried that? The process has taken me months now, and today, I received a new invoice. Apparently, there was a technical problem when they created my last deactivation requests. Think about that! You really want to trust a company that has nothing but issues with their technical team, that has no control over their accounts? BS! Thankfully, the automatic payment is no longer active (mind you, what if they simply reinstate that? I wonder!) and hopefully, they delete my account now. Do I have to get myself a lawyer?Overall - if you can avoid opening an account with them, do so! Run! They sure are not worth the hassle! Because I have to, I give them one star. Maybe the interface is nice, but that is about it!
