Totally agree with the comments from others below, class action should definitely be opened against this organization. Avetta is interested in profit and fools other organizations into doing the same. Pretending to be helping out with the evaluation of a contractor or company and "approving" it to other larger organizations that do not focus any longer on doing the same tasks. Or is no longer in the process of wanting to employ and pay for their admin work. Companies that do support and call for use of the Avetta should also be feeling responsible for this mess. But by shifting the responsibility and cost to the smaller busineses that are offering their services. The scam is the least that could describe this. Government should have control over these scammers and help in the cases like this so that the business.The website is also useless and forces the limits on any edits that you want to add. The phone conversations are delayed and the so called "review" is a totall mess.Avetta

We were asked by a potential client to register and obtain a rating with Avetta . We paid the registratation fee, knowing this was a one time client and renewal of the Avetta rating would not be necessary in a year, I reached out in April 2022 to have the auto renew removed from our account. April 15, 2023 ( a Saturday) our company credit card was charged for renewal. I called Avetta on Monday morning, was told that the renewal would be refunded that day and the customer service rep would monitor the process. I heard nothing further until Tuesday, when a rep called to try to sell me on the services that Avetta can provide us. These people are tone deaf. They auto renewed us even though they had record not to , I would love to file a class action against them.Avetta

Shady business model. Company sells connections to the client, then proceeds to bill the supplier for the connections they didn't even choose. Avetta forms are meant to take the place of contact between clients and suppliers but are often not well suited to the particular applications. Square peg, round hole. EXPENSIVE. And not clearly priced or invoiced.If you give a company credit card, they will turn on auto-pay without asking.The online application is not well designed for supplier use. Cannot easily handle required documents and revision is nearly impossible after submission. Cannot download a list of connections and our status with them. Client user names are not their legal entity names which makes it difficult to match up the client we are contractually obligated to do business with.If I could convince our connected clients to drop it, I would.Avetta

Horrible company. Nothing more than a scam. I was forced to get involved with Avetta by a company the I was trying to do buisness with. Now they charge my credit card for connections that I didn't request, and against my will. There is no way of stoppong the connections, deleting my credit card info, or removing my account. I have had to file a dispute with my bank and placed a stop-payment on any further charges from Avetta. I've received no benefit from this company and continue to be charged for something that I don't want, don't need, and does nothing for my buisness or me. The money that Avetta took from my account ********* the account so no I get to pay overdraft fees as weell. Nothing but a scam to me.Avetta

Awful experience from beginning to end. A great way to tell if a company is a scam or not is to try to delete or suspend your account. It's not possible on the website, you have to open a support case. Then a team says they will respond within 3 business days. What a bunch of BS. It's absolutely shameful. Stay Away. And advise your customers not to do any business with them.I wouldn't be surprised if they sold all of my info. I get tons of SPAM calls now.Avetta

If I could do no star I would! This company is a racket and I think its time for all of us small businesses to file a class action suit against this company. You pay out more in fees then you take away from the clients and this client connection c*** is the biggest scam of them all you want me to pay you hundreds of dollars for a connection that I never asked for nor wanted. I dont need Avetta to connect me with anyone then get this they will put a connection on your account for some company that is out of state I mean really??? Are people out there just that stupid that you would pay for that ? And are you even dumber to trust a company that as a customer we should be able to trust to keep a card on file ?? Total scam, and impossible to work with. I would encourage any vendor considering this program to help manage their third party contractors to look to ISN or other solutions.Avetta

We joined Avetta only because one of our customers utilizes there services for safety management. We use several systems like this with other customers. Out of all of them Avetta is the absolute WORST. They charge a high fee to register. If you pay an extra fee they will actually give you all of the necessary safety documents to upload. Not sure how that helps ensure subs are using these safety requirements when Avetta just provides them as long as your willing to pay enough. We finally got approved after over $2K. Now almost every week Avetta chooses to add a random connection that we have not requested. Right after they add the connection they send you an invoice for over $1300. They store your credit card information and will automatically charge your card once they choose to add this new UNAUTHORIZED connection. I've disputed these on multiple occasions. They tell you it will take 5-7 days to remove the connection, but before the remove it they charge your credit card. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. If this continues without remedy we will be seeking legal action.Avetta
