Horrible company to deal with. We have tried multiples times to just get away from them and they keep giving us the run around. We started using Avetta due to a certain company needed us to go through them but we never could get in compliance with this company... I tried within the week to get out of the upgraded version subscription as the one rep said it would make things easier so wasted and extra $529.00 over and above the original ******!! Last email I recieved from a Avetta rep named ******************************* stated "However, if you are not currently working for XXXXXX XXXX, we would be happy to swap it with another hiring client in the Avetta network. Feel free to browse the network tab on your Avetta account, go to "find clients," and there you will be able to search new clients. I do not have another client and do not wish another client with Avetta we recieve constant emails that are annoying and just would like the account shut down!! Cause you know when the time comes close ... all of a sudden its going to be " too late" to change or delete the account for some reason, why not just do it now if we are requesting it.Avetta

Total SCAM. Employees either hide the fact or don't know the fees charged. Do not use any features on this service and I would encourage all current clients to abandon them. They are hostile to and not user friendly to any vendor or client. Upgrade, Charge, Fee for random action, then the excuse of its in the general terms. Total waste of resources and confusing/ redundant system. I can email my own paperwork for ******** Dollars. The customers don't even care if you complete it or are in compliance. Be aware!! coming from premier account holder. What a joke.Avetta

Useless waste of time and money. None of their items or check lists make anyone safer. They don't even check/enforce the policies that they demand. Demands for items that are not required as the operations are not performed by that trade, and then works on their own interperations of definitions for items like Hot work and the methodology of storing your own records.Agreed to a job that required it before I knew what this piece of s*** was. Never again will I accept a job that requires Avetta certification.Avetta

1 starZERO stars! Avetta is the ****** Design for trades. Forced by customers makes difficult; customer believes acct can be made private. ****** made false statements 1. Asked for amend TsCs, verbally & via email by [Avetta Employee 1], Once your account is activated, you can contact Avetta support at ****... opt. 1 to make that request. Employee 1 email March 30, 2023. 2. TsCs 7(c): "at any time You can add or remove any Client from Your Client List by either contacting Avetta or using the Site interface" Avetta End User Agreement 3. TSCs Attach 1 If You do not wish to connect Your account with that Client, You may remove Your account from their approved Supplier List by notifying Avetta, in which case the Client will be notified that You requested to be removed from such Clients approved Supplier List. If You do not notify Avetta to remove You from a Clients approved Supplier List within 7 days of Your receipt of such notification, Your account will be automatically charged as described above Avetta End User Agreement Someone requested a connection June 22; June 23, I contacted Avetta via chat [Employee 2] to remove client. Emailed June 23 to make another request to escalate making our account private & restricted to one client [Employee 3] replied I will however be as transparent as possible and note, I do believe they are trying to move away from allowing Suppliers to have profiles that Clients cant request to Connect too so I could very well see this request also rejected unfortunately Employee 3 email June 23 June 29 sent another request to remove the unwanted client & related charges. Reply from [Employee 4] June 29th: Our connections team will reach out to you directly within the next 5 to 7 business days or so via phone or email to finalize the removal. Any billing inquiry in regards to this will be addressed by our Connections Specialists as part of the removal process [employee 4] email June 29. Another follow up today, July 11. One step removed from a complete scam. There is no way to stop connections from being added and billed to your account. Everyone plays dumb at their company, no help from their staff.Avetta

I wish there was an option for zero stars as they do not deserve one at all. Please just read the reviews below. They are all accurate and as you can see they all have the same issues so it is not an isolated incident. We have had the same experiences so it is not worth retyping it all. I have reached out to my connections and sent them a link to these reviews in hopes that they will reconsider their software in the future.Avetta

Avetta sells platform to client. Avetta then charges each of the clients tiers Tier $1,000+. If Tier has to qualify in Avettas portal to a separate clientits another $1,000+ spent. It doesnt end there. That Tier is required to have all of their secondary tiers suppliers qualify in the portal in order for the Tier to be able to contract with them on a POTENTIAL project. We havent even made money yet folks. Weve only spent italong with our suppliers. So, if Client and Tier have now registered and qualified, now 50 of Tiers Suppliers need to qualify in order to work on a contract under Client. The catchTier was never informed that their Suppliers would be charged as well! Most qualification platforms charge the Client and even the Tierbut never the Supplier and especially never at that rate. So Avetta has now made $1,000+ x 50 suppliers x 1 Tier x whatever the Client pays Avetta has now made at minimum $51,000+ on top of what the Client is paying. My issue with this is, the shady practice of requiring Tier to provide the contact information for their Suppliers to register with no notification that the suppliers would be getting charged. To me this is backdoor solicitation and highly unprofessional practice, ESPECIALLY for a compliance platform. Also, its not a one-time Avetta payment. If you have multiple clients using Avettas platform you have to pay that $1,000+ for each client and so do all of your suppliers. Then, to add insult to injury, Avetta charges suppliers for connections they may not have even choose! Costs are hidden. There are far better platforms available to use for safety and compliance. I would suggest any Clients looking into using Avetta, understand the costs they are incurring to their potential Tiers and their Suppliers because these costs are going to be added to our proposals going forward.Avetta

Have tried for several weeks to have a connection removed for a client we have not done business with in over two years. When I previously tried to remove the connection, I was told that it could only be done within 30 days before the renewal and nothing else could be done in that time (no refund, etc). So now that renewal time has rolled around, I have been contacting them for weeks to no avail. It is very difficult to get an actual person on the phone. The client connections team is completely unresponsive. When I contact the number given, it is automated and creates yet another case number. I'm sure I will be billed for this connection again despite me continually sending request via phone, email, chat and text. We still have one client we have to use this service for, otherwise we would not use this at all. Very unethical company. Highly unsatisfied and displeased. Avoid Avetta at all costs if possible.Avetta

Avetta is a money grab. The process to register and maintain is fairly simple to larger companies with compliance departments, but can be difficult for smaller companies. So, smaller companies typically hire consultants to help, which is cheaper than hiring someone full time to manage the account. So, in Avetta's attempt to grab more money, they have blocked consultants from accessing the accounts and telling them to use Avetta's ****** consulting service. This is so unethical on many levels. Avetta is a safety auditing company, so how can they audit you then up-sale their consulting **** to assure you pass the audits?? They are steadily costing ** more money than we can recover.Avetta
