    Have received over one hundred calls from a variety of fake numbers. Calls answered are automated and direct me to call some other toll-free number (multiple). Calls unanswered go to voice mail, again telling me to call some other number. Some directly returned calls are answered by an automated system with an option to be removed from the call list. Have done this multiple times without effect. Have called the numbers left in the voice message multiple times both using the auto-responder to request removal or speaking with a human being requesting removal. Any verbal requests for a mailing address are either declined outright or result in call termination. Any requests for information about the company varying from the agent's script is refused. The call number spoofing needs to be made illegal and abuses should be pursued.

     This non-response does nothing to address the complaint about the business or its practices.

    Complaints: 

    Having requested removal dozens of times, calls continue.

    Calls come from an ever-changing roster of numbers and are not in any way associated with the business.  Pre-recorded voice messages are under a variety of false names (same voice, same script, different names and a call back number entirely separate from the call origin).  Staff refuse to answer basic, reasonable questions (company name, name of officers, state of incorporation, etc...).  Direct requests for removal have been ignored repeatedly.  Any attempts to request basic information about company licensure, incorporation, even a mailing address are met with redirection and outright false statements, usually resulting in call termination.

    Company states that they have added my number to do not call, yet calls continue apace.

    Company's practices are a nuisance.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address Mr. ****** concerns and understand the frustration and inconvenience he has described.

    Upon reviewing his rebuttal, we found no evidence that calls originated from our company. However, to ensure no further contact from us, we took the precautionary step of adding his name, phone number, and email address to our internal Do Not Contact (DNC) list. This proactive measure ensures that, in the unlikely event his information was associated with our records due to pre-screening lists or other data sources, he will not receive any further communications from us.

    Additionally, we provided Mr. ****** with information on how to opt out of pre-screening lists, as these lists are often a source of marketing calls. His rebuttal does not indicate whether he has taken these steps. If his contact information remains on such lists, it is likely he may continue receiving calls from other entities.

    We empathize with his frustration, especially regarding the challenges associated with unwanted calls. To further assist, we encourage him to add his number to the National Do Not Call Registry, which provides an additional layer of protection against unsolicited calls.     We want to assure Mr. ****** that we take compliance with telemarketing laws seriously and have taken all steps within our control to address his concerns. Should he have further questions or require additional assistance, we remain available to support him.

     Irrespective of the respondant's statements, calls continue from persons identifying themselves - when they will - as employees of the company.  Numbers are spoofed, but the pre-recorded messages continue to carry numbers registered to and associated with the respondant.

    Beyond tired of this company calling me and sending me information about a pre-approved personal loan. It is for debt consolidation and I have requested for the company to remove me from calls and mailing. On 9/25/24 I was sent information again and it is a bit too much.

    I contacted Liberty first regarding a possible loan. after I decided the loan wasn't for me, I broke off contact with the loan representative, and then immediately started receiving harassing texts from him. his name was *******************. I can't prove it, but since that day, I've all of a sudden started receiving strange phone calls on my work phone here at the ****************** where I work, and on my cellular phone. this is completely unacceptable behavior.

    I received a mailer from Liberty1st Lending. It offered to consolidate my debt with a "simple fixed-rate loan" to reduce monthly expenses. I went online on 6/4/2024 and entered my reservation code. I was prompted with a page that a representative would call. I spoke to ***************************** who took down some information to finalize my loan. Then she emailed me the offer which came from Americor Funding, LLC . I asked if this was her from Liberty1st and she indicated yes. The payment amount and total I would pay was less than the total owned amount. When I questioned why there was no interest amount and why my total would be less, she indicated that is how they work. When I questioned as to if the actually are contacting my creditors and settling for less than owed, that is when their actual program was revealed. This isn't a loan in which they charge an interest, it is a company that simply negotiates a reduced balance to pay the creditor. This is false advertising, and I am contacting the Florida AG to report this company as well.

    I received a letter for a debt consolidation loan from a company called Liberty First Lending.I called the number listed on the solicitation and the phone was answered by a company called Credit Nine. I asked several different agents why theyre answering the phone as Credit Nine, requesting more information about Credit Nine and the first agent hung up on me, the second agent could not answer the question but continued to pressure me for personal information, and the third agent said, I dont know, Im just the guy that answered the phone. Im reluctant to give my personal information to companies I know nothing about, this complaint in referencing false advertisement; Im calling one company and Im getting another. Please help resolve these issues moving forward.

    There is an unauthorized credit inquiry on my credit report and i am requesting it to be removed.

    I have searched all our client records and we do not have any record of a consumer with your name, phone number or email address that we have spoken with or obtained a credit report for. In addition we do not have the ability to pull hard credit pulls, only soft credit pulls which do not show as an inquiry on your credit report. Our company is Liberty First Lending. Recently we have had several instances of consumers mistaking us for Liberty First Funding or another Liberty named company.

    I got a letter in the mail. Apply and suppose to get a phone call at 6:30 am. They text I. The morning that I have miss their phone call without any call. Follow by a call 2 hours later which I did miss but I called back to provide proper information for a personal loan. Took my information and said I will know my approval by 4 pm the same day. After 4 PM I got no call or text. I contacted them to follow up and the service agent said they cannot pull my file because they do not have permission to and to call back Monday . They text me Tuesday to follow up but I did not receive a call. I text back that I am still awaiting terms and rate . They response back with sorry for inconvenience they will update their contact information. I now am part of a potential identity theft victim .
