    I got a letter in the mail to check rates on a personal loan and debt consolidation loans without impact to credit score from Liberty first lending. I went online and tried and it said I had to call them. I did not and was no longer interested. They started calling me constantly from all different phone numbers but all said liberty first. They called 11/14 at 12:51 pm 11/14 at 3:04 pm 11/14 at 9:39 pm 11/15 at 1:08 pm 11/15 at 4:18 pm 11/15 at 11:03 pm As far as I know there is a law stating you cannot call later than 8 or maybe 9 pm. This is absolutely obnoxious and I cannot find a good contact #.I want no contact from this company in any way.

    Thanks for contacting us through the BBB portal! As to your concern, we did not know you didn't want to be contacted concerning your loan application you completed on our website. Completeing the info our site is what intiaites us to call you and that is expalined on the site. You also could have called the the 800# on letter we sent you and we would have added you to the Do Not Call list. We have added you to our DNC list now.

    the whole point of this complaint against liberty first lending is the call activity after 8 pm, after 9 pm and after 11pm. It's harassment at that point and to my knowledge is not a legal business practice.

    Please know that we never contact our customers after 7PM thier local time. We have software in place that prevents us from calling late even if an appointement has been set There is another company with the name of Liberty First Funding, and we have been we have been mistaken as that company. I have personally spoken to a few consumers on this subject and after a little investigation we have relized that they were being called by Liberty First Funding, not our companny Liberty First Lending.
