    They were diligient in providing updates and ensuring all necessary documents were gathered and in order for the process to go smoothly with the lender. They were able to reduce my payments by more than $400 which is a huge relief on our budget. It did take some months to achieve this result but it was worth the wait.

    I cant say enough good things about this group. I was much closer to foreclosure than I knew and they worked with me and for me efficiently and quickly. They were wonderful to deal with, explaining the process and both worst and best case outcomes. They were there to guide me through the process and whenever I had a question. While my mortgage company didnt lower my payment by much at all, I was given a couple of months to get my finances in order to prepare for getting back on track. I am forever grateful for their assistance and I can say thank you enough.

    The process wasnt too bad. My main thing I wasnt happy with is that the postcard they sent to get my attention stated that my estimated new payment was less than $500. Well, it only lowered the payment by a few dollars and is still over $1000!!!
