      La fitness on Prosper is horrible. The customer service is bad. They treated my family horribly. Front desk and equipment always damaged.

      I had enrolled to Trainer Sessions with *****, but ***************** was the one who initiated the membership plus introducing me to ***** for Trainer Sessions. Before signing anything I did mentioned to both of them I didn't want a contract or cancelation fee if it I have to cancel. It was not granted as told there was "no cancelation fee" or "no problem to cancel". In addition to this information I had to cancel in person. But, that didn't help either. ****** was no ******** was told to go to the person I signed up which was ***** ***. But the day I went in Person, ***** was going to help but added to fully cancel i had to " buy-out" to cancel contract. Appalled to the End! Misrepresented, Misinformed & no **************** of Notice callback to neither ******* ****** nor ***** even though I later was told ***** is no longer in ******** facility. So started calling other locations until I did locate *****. I had to dispute charges from my Bank so no recurring charges will be made for Trainer Sessions only! Since I did provided Medical Documents to Medical Freeze the contract for Trainer Sessions, per *****. Until this day no callback nor update. Horrible experience I was not treated with no transparency nor consideration of My situation. Anyone can help please reach out?

      This gym is worse the air conditioning continues to be a problem. Every year the air conditioning breaks more than twice and then it takes a couple of weeks to get it fixed Management doesnt care , Same attitude from corporate cant fix a simple air conditioning problem but they do charge every member on time or they charge late fees ( Do not come to this gym ever.

      I am extremely disappointed with my experience at LA Fitness. After being double-charged for my membership, I made multiple attempts to resolve the issueincluding phone calls, emails, and even visiting the location in personbut received no clear answers or resolution. The most recent response I received was to call us, which is unacceptable given the time and effort Ive already invested.Its troubling to see such a lack of accountability and customer support from a company I once trusted. Billing issues should be taken seriously, and responses should reflect respect for the customers time. Unfortunately, this situation has only caused frustration and wasted energy.I sincerely hope LA Fitness takes a hard look at how they handle customer concerns. A companys true character is revealed not by its facilities, but by how it treats its members when things go wrong.

      Rude and Unprofessional Behavior by Manager name , ****, who is also a personal trainer and supervisor at ***********, ** Location Ive been a paying member of LA Fitness for years, but my recent experience at the *********** (Overland) location was extremely disappointing.While I was working out with a family member, the manager approached us without warning, spoke rudely, and even touched my friend to get his attention completely inappropriate behavior. Instead of addressing any concerns respectfully, he chose to embarrass us in front of other members. There was no disturbance or rule-breaking on our part we were simply working out side by side.This isnt the first time Ive witnessed or experienced unprofessional conduct from this particular manager, but this incident was unacceptable. Members deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, not aggression and public shaming.I hope LA Fitness takes this seriously and trains their staff to handle situations in a more respectful and professional way.

      Dear Management,I am writing to formally express my frustration with the current conditions at your facility. As a paying member, I expect access to clean, functional equipment and basic amenities, but that has not been the case for quite some time.There are consistently no bars available, and many of the weights are either missing or broken. It also seems that a significant amount of equipment is kept aside by trainers for their own use, making it extremely difficult for regular members like myself to complete a proper workout.Additionally, the facility is lacking in basic hygiene supplies:No 10lb or 1.5lb weight discs available No toilet paper, seat covers, or soap in the restrooms Overall poor maintenance and lack of restocking To make matters worse, the staff often appear disinterested and lack basic customer service skills, which only adds to the frustration of trying to work out in such an environment.I urge you to:Restock the gym with bars, weight discs, and other essential equipment Ensure hygiene standards are met in restrooms Provide training for staff to improve customer interactions I hope this message is taken seriously, as many members share these same concerns.       I've been going to this gym for a while, but lately, the experience has really gone downhill especially during the summer months. The air conditioning has been broken (and according to several people, it has been like this every summer), and management seems unwilling to fix the issue. Its actually hotter inside the gym than it is outside, which is both uncomfortable and unsafe, especially during intense workouts.A gym should be a space that promotes health and well-being, but working out in extreme heat without proper ventilation is the opposite of that. Ive brought this concern to staff more than once, but theres been no meaningful response or resolution.Until this is addressed, I can't recommend this gym to others. If you care about a safe and comfortable workout environment, you may want to look elsewhere

      These guys are crooks. They were supposed to cancel my membership 3 years ago and yet theyve continued to charge me monthly even though one of their employees made a mistake and never submitted my cancellation paperwork. Thousands of dollars later theyre refusing a refund. Dont use these crooks go to a real business that dont rip people off. They can see I havent used my membership since I told them it was cancelled and still not making this right.

      Predatory cancellation policies. You must be in person and cancel through a manager. I had to try several times to be present when a manager was there. You cannot call. We moved 2 hours away and I wish I had known this before moving. I had to pay for a membership I couldn't use for a year until I could get back in town to cancel. Then I had to come to the physical gym location several times to be there when a manager was there. When I finally was there when the manager was there, he was extremely rude.

      There has been no air conditioning or air circulating in the upper level of the gym for some time, which is where the exercise studio, tread ***** and elliptical equipment is located. I have made numerous complaints to the ** Staff and they told me they would let "corporate" know. As of this date, the temperature in the upper level of the gym averages 82 degrees and no action has been taken by corporate to correct this problem.
