  AWFUL experience. This is a SCAM company. I've been trying to get my money back for over 3 months now. I already have a website through WIX, and they referred my to Zoek as a web designer to help add some functionality to my website. WIX should be ashamed. They are not web designers; they are a template-based, copy and paste company with terrible customer service, and provide nothing in writing. BUYER BEWARE!After my initial phone consultation, they told me that they could do what I wanted, but needed to build a new website from scratch (so they can use their templates). After signing up for the "Express Package" they sent me some questionnaires, which had nothing to do with what I had asked for. For 3 MONTHS, through dozens of emails and several phone conversations, they kept referring me to the same unrelated questionnaires, refused to offer any solutions, and told me that for what I wanted it would require additional add-ons for additional costs. They sent me a "mock-up" of my website that they claimed to be "90% complete" that still included much of the text from the template and a bunch of stock photos. I'd say it was maybe 30% completed at most, and did not include ANY of the functionality that I originally requested. Absolute joke.After telling them for 3 MONTHS that I did not want this, nor did I ever ask for this, and requesting a refund dozens of times, they finally agreed to issue a refund. It has been 10 days now, and I haven't heard back from them. During this time, it was not unusual to go weeks without hearing from them. I sent emails to every available address they provided for additional customer service, and received radio silence. They just keep giving customers the run-around until they go away. I'm waiting for the inevitable partial refund that they will try to offer me while trying to tell me that I somehow signed some "verbal contract" or something. Because they never provided any documentation to me of a contract or scope of work.

  If you have a website and need marketing services, make sure NOT to use Zoek Marketing (gozoek.com). These individuals have shady and dishonest practices, charging the customer without a contract being signed. Stay away from Zoek.

  I discovered Zoek Marketing on Listings Sync, and I am so content that I did. They provide low-cost services, and the end result is always gorgeous. If you are in need of assistance for marketing purposes, it doesn't matter what your budget looks like--you should use them.

  ******************* was the salesman who locked me into a contract with Zoek. As a new business owner I was more vulnerable to his sales pitch. All of their 5 star reviews are bought from new customers by offering them discounts if they leave them a good review (before any work has been done) They have done very little work and are impossible to get a hold of. They refuse to let me speak to a manager. I am 6 months into a starter ********** with them and had an outside specialist look at my site, only to find out they have done nothing to boost SEO. All of my business leads have come from social media and NONE from the website (even though they claim inquiries will pour in) Clearly they prey on new business owners with very little SEO knowledge, an expensive ****** to learn.
