  Please save your money. I was told they could build my website, then after I got into the build they told me I had to increase my funding which I did, then the dropped me. I have been asking to speak to a decision-maker, and I just get passed around Virtual Employees and never get to air my issues with someone who can make a decision. My company launch date has been delayed due to these bad actors.

  Zoek doesnt build a website its copy and paste. After realizing that im basically building the website, decided to build my website on WIX myself. After paying them $50 dollars as a deposit, then additional $450, they now claim i owe them money. Exactly how do i owe you money, when i gave you $500 and you didnt build a website for me? Dont waste your time with this company, awful communication, poor service your better off spending 5 hours of your time to build the website yourself on WIX.Zoek also constantly threatens your business credit by stating they are sending it to collections. I would like a full refund, or cut my losses of $500 to never be contacted again and threatened by this poor excuse of a company again.

  My experience with Zoek has been frustrating. For example, I gave them the exact text and they didn't include it. I wanted a separate page for testimonials, they did not or I suspect did not know how to do that. They did not know what a responsive website was. I had repeated emails and conversations saying they would fix it and it never happened. No one could finalize my simple website. They offered me a 30-day money back guarantee that they would not honor. I complained because I did not receive what I asked for. After telling them I was dissatisfied and wanted to cancel they refused. I can't even rate 1 star, not worthy, only checked it because this system needs a rating.

  Though my business was prospering, I realized its website needed to appear on relevant search engines. Fortunately, I contacted Zoek Marketing. They took care of the issue in less than a week, and now our site is visible on all major platforms.

  thru Wix web building requested SEO help, zoek responded. Bad start from beginning, my site does not offer phone contact, but a page email contact and my city. but...zoek states can't help without number. so then with frustration found a way to do a number, and which I was not happy with either and did nothing. so requested cancellation of services. I was told if not satisfied would be refunded and cancelled, which was cancelled in oct 2022, and no refund. I bit the bullet. Now...they bill me again in dec 2022 for "misc". where they have no business billing a cancelled service from 2 months ago. They were no help in the beginning, rude, and kept my money for unsatisfactory services that were a month in effect, cancelled, now taking again. I question if they even know what they are doing now?

  Everyone is aware that a company's social media presence is crucial in the present day. I commissioned Zoek Marketing to create a logo that stands out and intrigues individuals. Both the service and the outcome exceeded my expectations.

  I hired a professional ( ZOEK) recommended Wix. I paid this SEO company in full for the entire year $2000, expecting them to deliver quality work. However, the I checked the progress of PHASE 1, I found that they "content' they had written, ( content refers to 3 short , VERY SHORT, essays they content of which was taken from my own website. Obviously, I do not want to pay for content that's already on my site and have not updated my site. Ido not trust that they will do quality work because when i ask them about the quality of the content, they want me TO PAY MORE MONEY. They are refusing to pay me back for services that do not match the quality of the work I was expecting. For example, they write in one of the essays ... Butter Bits also make lotion bars. THATS THE ONLY THING I MAKE. They are adding erroneous content to the website and are telling me to go fix it or delete it if I don't like it. WHAT !?!? If I knew they were going to write this quality of essays and plagiarizeI wouldn't hire them. They are now REFUSING to negotiate or to pay me back for services I do not want. Why do I have to pay for essays with verbiage taken from my own site. Is that even effective in increasing traffic to my site?! I want a full refund and I want them to keep their essays for themselves.
