      This company has been a terrible experience. I initially decided to give them a try but chose to cancel within the allowed 3-day period, which I did. However, they are refusing to process my cancellation and refund my money. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with them, they remain uncooperative. I cannot recommend this companyavoid them at all costs.

      I was trying to figure out how to find the time and money to create a website for my new venture. When starting a business, there is often very little free time to build a website, especially for someone like me who needs to learn how to do it. Additionally, I was starting my business on a tight budget. Zoek proved to be the perfect solution. I couldn't be happier with their service!

      Mr. ******* ******* assisted me. I was running into a hard time trying to make my payment with Zoek. Mr. ******* was patient, compassionate, caring and concerned about how he could help me. Needless to say, he got everything resolved and got me back ontrack with my account. I'm truly grateful that he answered my call because I felt really frustrated, but with his reassurance and going above and beyond what I needed deserves 10 stars. Thanks again Mr. ******* for all of your help, and I appreciate you!

      I hired them to create my website for me; and although the website itself is good, they did not index the website on ******, meaning that ****** search does not know that it exists as a website. They sure enough were happy to charge me thousands to market my website though. For example, they wanted $1400 just to set up ****** ads, something I can do on my own for a very small fraction of that amount. I am sure that they gave me a handicapped website just so that they could overcharge me for help. They were slow to respond to texts and emails. So slow in fact, that I had to ask a friend of mine to correct one of their errors. And to top it all off, once I started business with them, they absolutely inundated my phone and computer with incessant and unnecessary texts and emails. It was crazy.
