      So I was having some issues and confusion in the beginning as I have absolutely no knowledge in website building whatsoever. I received a phone call from *********************** who is an Onboarding Manager. ***** and I spent 1 hour and 37 minutes on a phone call together which proved to me his dedication to helping me and make my experience a positive one. He was able to ask me the right questions, listen to my responses, offer up possible solutions, and easily walked me through the process of the website questionaire. This questionaire was a little overwhelming to me and was giving me anxiety because as I mentioned before, I have NO knowledge of websites nor do I speak the language. ***** was INCREDIBLE. Not only did he help me through the entire process and has didicated himself to overseeing my project all the way through but he actually got me to laugh and made the overwhelming experience FUN. I thank ***** for turning my experience around 180 degrees in the right direction.

      Terrible company they keep charging my CC the *** does nothing, and it's a complete bait and switch . **************** is terrible, and they like to call your way after your closed there a joke stay far, far away

      Avoid Zoek at all costs! They are unresponsive and take you for your money. They do not call you back. They make appointments with you and do not show up for them. They did not perform as promised nor did they stop the monthly recurring charges after I cancelled my service.They are thieves & are reported to the Better Business Bureau which I plan on doing as well!

      ************ I signed for a *********************************************************************************************** 3 month. after paying for a year my website still not showing with our keywords their customer service is not doing anything to solve it. I tried to cancel but they are telling me that I have to pay 1 more month In order to cancel wich I refuse and they told me they will keep charging me month a month if I dont pay to cancel and all the month pasings will acumulate and they take me to collection. Dont get involve with this company.

      AVOID this company! Horrible customer service. Hired them to boost SEO and help with ****** issues. They did neither. When I made appointments on their website for help, no one showed up. I had canceled clients to make these appointments. I had to give up asking them to do their job because it was costing me money to keep getting various up. Total bait and switch. SCAM.

      We have had the most wonderful experience with **** and *****, they have been so helpful and fast in getting the Website done and published in less than a week. I would definitely recommend them, If we have any questions they always answer or call back right away. Very professional.
