  Avoid Zoek at all costs. They are unresponsive and take you for your money. They do not call you back. They make appointments with you and do not show up for them. The work is shoddy and sophomoric at best, and even with extensive revision requests they do not deliver. I was passed off to another designer without being told first, the * of Ops never responded to me by phone or email even though I had kindly asked her to six times, and the Senior Account Manager who made an appointment with me no-showed. No not work with Zoek and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

  Absolutely horrible company - the person I dealt with was just the worst - *********************. It was just all about the money!! He wasted my time spamming me to get a call and then when I resisted his hard sell tactics for $799 per month - the just was like Bye.Steer clear of these folks - you will get ripped off!!

  Wow....Just reading some of the previous comments/reviews and I am shocked. ZOEK gets a 10 out of 5 stars from me just on their customer service alone. I had great interactions with their Team and ******************* and ****** made my business start-up a breeze. Yes, it may be expensive in the beginning. But I believe, you get out of this what you put in. I can't say thank you enough for the communication and listening of my needs and wants for my business. They didn't know much about my business, but they were eager to learn and help me the right way. I had a million and one questions and a lot of concerns as to what I was getting out of all the packages I had purchased and the fact that ZOEK was easy to get a hold of and they knew who you were and what you wanted before they even picked up the phone was a huge relief to me. Thanks again and God Bless their Team.

  I was contacted through my website on Wix to better my SEO with Zoek. The gentleman's sales pitch was great! The rep told me that I would see more traffic to my website, I had a couple of things that they could tweak to better encourage traffic flow, and I would have customer service reps that could help me daily with any concerns and walk me through each process. I had reservations as the price was steep and I only had one client. When I contacted Zoek a couple months after enrolling I encountered a very rude customer service agent. I asked for help setting up my ****** account as I had just received an email from them suggesting that I take this next step. He informed me that he would not be helping me due to the fact that when I had went through the preliminary questionnaire I check no to my business on ******. I informed him that I misunderstood and I now do want to advertise on there. He argued with me for sometime and I then did the listing myself. I called back shortly after to cancel due to not getting the increased traffic to my site or the service that I was promised. I was met with unkindness and forceful words telling me that it does not matter if I have to shut my business down I am obligated via contract to fulfil the remaining payments regardless of their lack of service to me and my company. I now had to shut my business down. The most that they could give me was a 15% discount to pay in full. I paid $1200 for something that shut my website down because I could no longer afford to have it up and running. I was hopeful due to what the sales pitch had told me that this would bring customers to my site but this was not the case. The last costumer service agent told me if he was me he would keep his site up and running and get the most out of what he paid for through them. I explained I feel I have gotten the most which is people threatening me to pay my monthly bill with lack of willingness to help and not one gain in clientele.

  the SEO provider ZOEK is a total scam and so disrespectful, wasted so much of my money and did nothing, knew nothing and refused to hear my experience "Combine with our on-site SEO services for guaranteed ranking and traffic results in 90 days or less." is a COMPLETE LIE. hated everything they said and 'did' for my business. they fail small businesses and disrespect people, refuse to make accommodations for where they failed or admit their work was inadequate. AND after I expressed all this upset they had the audacity to charge me 2 months after I told them to stop after our agreed upon package. I have never had such a horrible service provider and I have to warn folks how deeply dangerous of an investment this is and how awful it turned out for me. so much stress it caused and continues to cost me almost a year later!

  This company is an absolute joke. I signed up for their *** service which never started. I kept getting sent back to the helpdesk and finally gave up and sent in a cancellation notice. I hired another company to take over the job. Its been four months and each month they still try and charge my credit card for the *** service that I never got no one in this company communicates at all with each other stay away run away.

  Terrible company...To start the *** services rendered was completely useless. All Zoek did was write an extremely generic blog about the services my company provides. throughout the year my website did not achieve any of my goals in ****** and my ****** analytics page can prove that I had only a handful of viewers from search engines at most. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ZOEKS USELESS SERVICES!
