My loan officer was awesome and communicated very well every step of the way. Loan Depots online process is very user friendly and helped make the loan process not so overwhelming. Even when we needed additional underwriting, Loan Depot was transparent the whole way and provided excellence service for two veterans.LoanDepot

LoanDepot needs an external investigation. LoanDepot should rank with the worst financial institutions. LO attempt to steer me toward a loan that was not favorable. Then, succeeded in a bait and switch tactic with the help of an appraiser that they selected.LoanDepot

Absolutely bottom of the barrel company. They have been trying to push a narrative for four months now that I do not have proper homeowners/hazard insurance on my property, despite multiple rounds of phone calls and documents being uploaded to them. This is in spite of the fact that they just paid out to renew my homeowners insurance policy out of the escrow account they are collecting. Instead, I am receiving nonstop threatening letters in the mail that I am delinquent, and that they will be purchasing insurance for my home with an annual cost of $7000. Would absolutely not recommend them.LoanDepot

My experience with **** was truly outstanding. From start to finish, he proved to be not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. He guided us through every step of the process with a positive attitude and remarkable patience.
