I recently secured a mortgage with Loan Depot. *** owned 3 homes with my husband, but this was my first time buying a house by myself, after my divorce. I spoke to at least 5 other brokers, and am beyond grateful I went with Loan Depot. My loan ******** ************************** and her team, treated me like family, and the process could mot have been smoother. They were communicative, responsive, and efficient. I highly recommend them!!

I am a loanDepot repeat customer. I had such great service when I processed my refi on my current home, I came back to loanDepot for my financing needs on my new prospective loan. Not only have I had amazing service for my own needs, I referred my son to loanDepot and he has had great service as well.********************* has gone above and beyond to search out loan structures we qualify for and that will meet our needs. I have had outstanding communication from him throughout the entire process. ***** deserves a raise and an employee of the year award. Everything was great. My only problem is with the steady flow of emails and mailings saying I need insurance to pay the mortgage if something happens to me following the closing. Not one question asking if I have life insurance, just a steady flow of ads saying I NEED to protect my family.LoanDepot
