      ***************** and ***************** were amazing to work with, even when a family emergency required my wife to be away, they were able to adjust the closing to accommodate our situation. No doubt the best duo in refinancing, I appreciate everything, they went above and beyond on every aspect of our loan. I highly recommend E Mortgage Capital!!

      If anyone EVER needs a miracle worker for a loan when everyone else tells you theres no options and then even gets you more $ than you requested. Then you MUST request ***********************. He never gave up and neither did we. Underwriters continuously requested a new document the next day after you just sent them what they requested (I get it, youre dealing with *************** We are an extremely busy family with 3 kids and multiple businesses that always require us to be somewhere or doing something. **** always made sure to contact us by phone or text if we didnt respond to an email by the next day so that nothing would be canceled due to delays. Good old school customer service does still exist!! Thank you again for everything, it means more than you will ever know. Props to E. Mortgage Capital, we will definitely be using you all in the future and referring business your way. Thank you again!!

      BUYER BEWARE! I work with many loan officers. This company will promise the moon and not deliver. They were friendly, but DON'T COMMUNICATE. The owner of company apologized for the bad service and then proceeded to make no changes...it actually got worse. RUN, RUN, RUN!

      We try really hard to do right by our customers and are sad to hear this review.  We did everything correct and went above and beyond for this borrower. Everything went great with the loan and we were able to cover more of his closing costs than what we first quoted/offered.

      We were closing towards the end of the month and we reached out to the borrower and told him he had to make his mortgage payment as we were not going to be able to fund by month end.

      ******** advised us he made his payment right away. ******** signed loan docs and escrow funded the loan. However, they got a notice from his lender that he put a stop payment on his prior months mortgage payment.

      We called him right away and let him know about this and told him he still had to pay that payment (as title could not and would not record).

      My apologies.  The response above was meant for a different consumer.  Here is our response:

      We tried our best to accommodate the borrower but even though the appraisal came in high the lender program would only allow the loan amount to be based on the purchase price as it was owned for less than 6 months.  We had done several loans like this for the borrower so the rules were known going into this transaction.  The higher appraisal may have caused hope for a higher loan amount but the lender was firm on the rule.

      This is a great company. I've worked with ********************* in the past and he has helped me with large and complex loans with ease. Getting a loan is not always an easy process but if you have professionals who know what they're doing they will make your lives so much easier and can help ensure you close on a property on time, which is so important in the crazy markets we've been seeing.
