E Mortgage. Their promises might seem enticing, but in reality, they consistently miss deadlines and provide confusing information as their numbers keep changing and prices keep going up. This led to serious consequences for me, as their delays caused me to incur a late payment exceeding 30 days, resulting in a devastating drop of 100 points on my credit score. Proceed with caution if considering their services. Was promised to hear back from *************************** and still till this day never have. Empty promises as long as theyre paid. Youll just be another numbered cattle in their system.

We try really hard to do right by our customers and are sad to hear this review. We did everything correct and went above and beyond for this borrower. Everything went great with the loan and we were able to cover more of his closing costs than what we first quoted/offered.
We were closing towards the end of the month and we reached out to the borrower and told him he had to make his mortgage payment as we were not going to be able to fund by month end.
******** advised us he made his payment right away. ******** signed loan docs and escrow funded the loan. However, they got a notice from his lender that he put a stop payment on his prior months mortgage payment.
We called him right away and let him know about this and told him he still had to pay that payment (as title could not and would not record).Review fromEvan C
