      ***** did a great job getting my loan through. he asks every to ensure that it was possible to get the loan through. i would recommend them to help other people.

      I got their best offer up front. Other lenders I was working with kept changing their offers or variations of their offer. Then they would say: "We'll beat any other offer." If you can beat any other offer, then why not give me that offer to start with? E Mortgage Capital didn't do that. They gave me their best offer right up front. The only improvement I would recommend is that at times, during the financing process, communication was lacking. Always be giving the client an update.

      I got in with company by accident. I was having a hard time getting refinanced. The other two companies that I was working with didn't communicate well and I felt like I was being given the run around. I was so frustrated and shed serious tears. (I needed this due to a divorce issue). I called someone for info and ********************* just happened to be in her office visiting someone. When I asked for help I was told, hold on, I just happen to have a broker in the office. She was put on the phone and the ball started rolling. ***** asked me to send some docs to her by email and she would look at them when she returned to her office. I received a call that afternoon.. ***** worked diligently to get me taken care of. ************* was open and consistent. If I called or texted with questions she answered or responded to me.. ALWAYS! There were some hiccups during the process but she worked hard to get it done. She really kept me encouraged. She fought for me and i GOT MY LOAN CLOSED! I would definitely work with this company again and recommend then with the highest regards.

      ************************* at E Mortgage Capital was able to help me with a much better rate than the mortgage company I was going to work with, and that other mortgage company got me a ****% rate on a triplex during the pandemic, which was unbelievably low. And he was able to actually close quickly. He is very easy to work with and he made the entire process smooth and straightforward.

      They buy customers private information and try to snake deals 1 week before closing. Loan Officers have no experience and dont know what they are talking about. Clowns
