    I just received my new Spa Cover from from this company. It was a good order process and very timely build and ship. You also get confirmation from them when its shipped and included is a PDF warranty. You will note on the pdf it states in bold print "Removing the white tag on the cover automatically voids the warranty. " I called the customer service number to clarify because it is a sticker on wax type paper that is on the outside of the cover. You could easily remove it and attach to a printed warranty slip but was told not to but instead take a photo. I'm thinking the weather will more likely remove the warranty.. Time will tell.

    Incredible customer service! Great communication! My custom sized cover was produced and shipped in just a few weeks! What a quality spa cover! The workmanship is incredible! There were so many color selections! I chose the rust and it is gorgeous! The entire purchase went so smoothly from selecting the customizations to the shipping and delivery! The delivery company they use was so conscientious and helpful! I would highly recommend Myspacover.com and the hard working team of employees. Integrity, quality and thoughtful customer service!

    Hey Folks,I received my spa cover yesterday and wanted to send a thank you to your team.I was VERY impressed with your customer service and attention to detail. Communication was fantastic!I was also very pleased with how quickly the cover was made and shipped. I was expecting to have a several week wait, but you guys got it to me within a month! The shipping was great as well. The company you use confirmed delivery the day before and the driver called me before arriving on the day of delivery. The driver was very nice and everything was perfect.The cover itself is fantastic. I was incredibly impressed with just how lightweight the new cover is compared to the old waterlogged cover thar came with the spa. The fit is spot on, and it looks great.Thank you again for a great product and great service!*********************

    I recently received a replacement cover for my Hot Springs Spa. The ordering process was easy and detailed to insure good fit. The order was supposed to take 5-7 weeks to manufacture and ship. I received the new cover in a little over 2 weeks. The fit was perfect and the cover quality is better than the Hot Springs Spa factory cover. The price was very competitive and the warranty (5 years vs 2 years) is better too.

    I ordered my spa cover on Jan 10th, and it was delivered on Jan 29th. I was told to expect 8 weeks! I called their customer service line once with a question. Hold time was nothing and the agent over the phone was just fine. Appears to be great quality and fits perfectly snug. VERY SATISFIED!

    We ordered our spa cover online instead of through our dealership. The website is user friendly. I emailed company with question before ordering, and a return email was within 2 days. The quality of our spa cover is well above our original.

    Ordered during the busy Holiday season (early December) and received the cover early January. Looks great, fits great! No problems or issues with ordering, cover has options I selected. Quality seems fine, already had snow on it. Very pleased with the cover.

    Horrible company and product. I bought the highest grade cover they offered, with every upgrade offered, and it is falling apart at the seams within 15 months. They simply say it is not covered under warranty. Go figure. Don't do business here.
