I purchased 2 pair of sneakers from this company and returned them to get my FULL refund. Its been 18 days and still no refund. **************** has not been helpful at all and each time I speak to a different representative they give different information. Ive never experienced anything like this to where they are claiming my return is stuck in the warehouse and they are backed up with returns from July. Thats unfair to me as a customer. This information should be on the website and for customers to decide if they want to purchase. Now I have to wait over 30 plus days to get my refund back!Initial Complaint

I placed the order ASCUS49401334 on Asics and their quality was terrible so I returned the order back to them using the return label their website provided. It's been almost a month since I returned it and I still haven't gotten my money back. I already contacted before and told the support agent that I haven't gotten the money for the returned order and they said there is a timeframe, which now has passed long ago. I contacted again and they haven't even processed my return even though it's been beyond any timeframe they have given to me. Support is really sneaky with their responses, I ask them about my refund and they answer with a different indirect answer.Initial Complaint

Just purchased new asics running shoes and within a month the back heal is shredding/ falling apart. Less than 5miles on them, and my kid only used them in the gym. For a 15yr kid who is recovering from hip surgery, the wear on them at this rate should not allow the shoes interior heal to fall apart. Company says it normal wear and tear, but it is not. I have had asics of over 15yrs and ran marathons *** not one shoes has ever done this.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of shoes from this company less than a month ago. I wore them once and realized the quality is poor and not like previous items. I live in a more rural area so I am not near an outlet. They are saying I am not able to return the item online and it must be taken to a store. I've tried calling multiple people and no one is helping solve this issue. For 119 dollar shoes they need to be better quality than this.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of womens Kayano 30 from ASICS.com on 7/18/24. They cost $99.95. After wearing the sneakers once, I noticed that there is a ledge in the toe box that does not lay flush with the material of the sneaker and it causes pain in my great toe. The ledge is kinked and it is a defect in the sneaker. I called the company on 7/24/24 and was told that because the defect is not visible, there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told they would call me within 72 hours. I never received a call back. I called on 7/30/24 and spoke to a supervisor who also told me there is nothing they can do because the defect is not visible. I was only asking for an exchange at that point. Now, however, I would like my money back. They can have the defective sneakers. I cannot wear them. They sold me a defective product and refuse to honor their product.Initial Complaint

I have emailed and called so many times I give up. After ordering shoes on the 10th and then again on the 22nd, both pairs have been lost in the mail with your new courier. Item ASICS Gel Kayano 29 running shoes are defective ( excessive wear within 5 months of purchase). and submitted warranty claim for exchange. Warranty claim form (see attached picture) states upload picture of receipt if available. I do not have a receipt and explained that I didnt when I submitted the warranty claim. Response from ASICS was cannot honor my warranty claim because I do t have a receipt.Several call backs and emails have rendered the same answer from ASICS cannot honor warranty without a receipt . Business is not honoring their warranty policy on two pairs of shoes that are defective. Also, business is communicating conflicting and different verbiage to me every time I call or email. Business seems to be disorganized in terms of communication and promises and commitments made by supervisors are not kept and are not follow through one the next time I call. I just want two vouchers for the defective shoes so I can purchase two new shoes from the business. It has been going on for three weeks.Issue really started when I purchased the shoes in January 2024 and was told by supervisor at business that men shoes would be equal to womens and now the mens shoes are falling apart Was told two weeks ago by supervisor that I could use two pairs of shoes on one warranty claim. Every time I call they give me different information, which is why I am filing with the BBB. I dont think the company is legitimate because theyre not honoring their warranty. On June 17, 2024, I purchased a pair of shoes from the ASICS website and used two gift cards I received toward the purchase. The gift cards were for $75 and $100. My order total was $177.89, so I used my credit card to cover the amount that exceeded my gift cards ($2.79). During the checkout process, you could clearly see the payment method breakdown between the gift cards and my credit card. Fast forward to June 22, and my shoes were delivered; however, I checked my credit card statement, and it shows the entire purchase amount of $177.89 being charged to my credit card and nothing was charged to the gift cards. I immediately contacted ASICS about this error, and they responded saying that they could not fix the error because the order had already been placed and processed. Even though this was an error on ASICS' website, they are refusing to correct their mistake. I've been back and forth with ASICS customer service via email for over a week now trying to explain the situation, and they are refusing to work with me and have now stopped responding completely. I would return the shoes for a full refund, but ASICS' return policy explains that any merchandise returned must be in original condition with the tags still attached, and since I went running in the shoes before realizing this error, they are no longer eligible. All I want is a refund of the excess amount ASICS charged me.
