I purchased two pairs of the same tennis shoe on line for my 7 year old. She wore one pair over a weeks time and the tennis shoes are defective they are bruising her large toe and her nail bed is being cut into. I sized up a full size for these pairs. I contacted customer service to intiate a return and said since I do not have the boxes I am basically screwed. This was my first purchase and my last. I did not see a small print that stated this. I would like a full return so I may get the proper size for my daughter.Initial Complaint

On June 27, 2024 I submitted an order for wrestling shoes and two t-shirts. We needed this order by a particular date because my son was attending a wrestling camp the following week. Because of our timing concern we paid $20 for expedited shipping. The next day i received an email from Asics telling me i had items waiting in my cart. I clicked on link and there were my items - the shoes and two t-shirts, waiting to be purchased. I assumed this email was legitimate (despite receiving an order confirmation for the initial order, which i assumed was sent in error) and re-submitted the order. Turns out, Asics baited me into submitting the order twice. So $40 total was spent on shipping. When i called to ask if they could refund the shipping for the second order they said they cannot. EVEN THOUGH, it was Asics who sent the email baiting me into submitted the second order. My desired resolution is a complete refund for the second order as well as the $20 expedited shipping.Initial Complaint

While trying to make a purchase on your website for some reason, proceed to check out, takes me to a blank page and theres an issue with your website so I couldnt make the order. I called customer service, waited an inappropriate amount of time and once I received a customer service rep; instead of offering to gather simple info to assist me complete my order, he pointed me to amazon.com. I asked if he was serious and if he didnt feel like doing his job today by assisting me with finalizing my purchasesince he was pointing me to another way to make the purchase NOT direct from ASICS as I prefer. His reaction was absolutely inappropriate! My call was made on 7/6/24 at 11:22 AM **T from Dallas ** from my mobile provided in this report. The ** representative was rude, not helpful, condescending, lazy and seemed to offer a veiled threat by reading back my information to me in a threatening manneras if I should be careful. ASICS should ID this person and terminate them. Theyre obviously a remote employee, not doing their job and based on the veiled threat I received implying he has my personal information, whomever I spoke with is going to get ASICS in a legal bind; especially if any of my information from my ASICS account is compromised!!! Im simply trying to make a purchase.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction- 27 Nov, 2023 Amount paid- 90$~Purchased shoes from Asics website Warranty denied I am writing to provide feedback on the quality of the ASICS shoes I purchased in November 2023, and to request your support regarding an issue I have encountered. These shoes were intended for regular fitness activities, and I have taken great care in using them under gentle conditions. Despite this, I have only worn them like twice a week for casual walks on plain roads or in gym, and I am very disappointed to see that the material has started tearing from the inside near the thumb area of both side shoes. There is no visible damage on the outside. But if anyone touches it and wears it , same can be felt. This defect appears to be a result of poor manufacturing or material quality. Given the cost of these shoes, I expected a much higher level of durability and quality, especially compared to cheaper shoes from ******* that I use for daily gym activities and which have proven to be more durable. I feel disappointed with Asics and think ****** and Under Armour have better quality and shoe life.As a reputable and customer-oriented brand, I am confident that ASICS stands behind the quality and durability of its products. Considering the short period of time these shoes have been in use and the gentle manner in which they have been utilized, I kindly request that you initiate a warranty claim to address this issue, either through repair or exchange. Please help with this matter. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to your response.Thank you for your time and assistance.Initial Complaint

I ordered online and a label was printed but the item never shipped. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I spoke with a representative who said it takes 7 days, ridiculous but now we're in the 3rd week with no contact and no refund.Customer Answer

I bought a pair of shoes at the Asics store on 5/12/24. I did not want to drive 60 miles to return them back to the store. Asics allows you to return store bought merchandise back to them through their website. So I printed out the *** and Shipping label using my store receipt and sent them back. They will not issue the refund for the shoes. They received the shoes into their warehouse in ******* MS on 5/17 and the package was signed for by ***************.I have called and emailed customer service multiple times, and have been blatantly lied to, told to wait. I am done, I want my money refunded back.Initial Complaint

I am writing to report a issue with my 1011B401 running shoes, which I purchased on 04/06/2024 from ******************************** Outlet store. While I have been satisfied with previous shoes, with this particular shoes I have recently noticed a problem with the heel cushioning. The gel or padding in the heel area feels loose and no longer provides the support and comfort it once did.Important to mentioned that I have used the shoes just a few runs The issue is causing discomfort and affecting my performance while running. I have tried to adjust the lacing and insoles, but the problem persists. I believe this may be a manufacturing defect or a design flaw.I did submit a claim to asics Case #: ******** , but they rejected it... I really think there is something wrong with these shoes, I event went back to my previous asics and the foot paint went away I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue. Please let me know the next steps to take and whether a repair or replacement is possible.Thank you for your attention to this matterInitial Complaint

I purchased the newest model of the ** 2000 Series of trail running shoes from Asics-- women's ** 2000 12 TR, size 9.5-- in April. I have been running in this particular series of a Asics running shoes for 23+ years so I know exactly what to expect from them. I run in this particular model because this shoe in particular addresses problems with overpronation while running. I have worn at least 46 pairs of this series of shoes as I replace them approximately every 6 months. After 2 miles in the second run in this shoe I experienced intense pain on the outside of my left foot, directly across from the inside instep. This is exactly where the extra structure warrantied by the manufacturer is necessary to prevent problems with overpronation, i.e., pain. I suffered with that pain for the next 3 days because I had to finish my 4 mile run being halfway from the trailhead. After I recovered I put on my older Asics ** 2000 11 TR shoes and went for a 4 mile run with no incident. Since then I've gone for 4 trail runs in my old shoes and have no pain. It is beyond obvious that it is because the brand new pair of shoes are not functioning for the purpose they are warrantied for. I have tried multiple times with this company to get them to reimburse or take back their shoes and they refuse. They asked me to provide pictures, which I did, but you cannot show internal structural defects from viewing the outside of the shoe. Asics fails over and over to address this very obvious problem. I have spent literally hours on this issue with no remedy. All they have to do is reimburse me the $168 I spent on shoes I will not be able to use. This is a huge corporation, doing the right thing on behalf of this loyal customer will not break their bank. It appears that their policy is to just deny deny deny any complant on warranties. If necessary I am willing to bring a lawsuit against them. Their reaction is outrageous and inexplicableInitial Complaint
