A pair of Asics gel nimbus 25 shoes were purchased by my daughter May /23 as a surprise gift for me. I received this shoes on Aug 31/23 my retirement day.After wearing them for less than 2 weeks around the house (with protective booties) I found the right shoe was causing my foot much discomfort, pain and numb toes. The left shoe was not a problem. I contacted the company numerous times, sent photos and a description of the issue to no avail. They said it was not a manufacturing problem, just a personal one. How can one shoe be fine and the other not. I feel pressure in the middle of my right foot and numbness in my toes within minutes of walking. As soon as the shoes are off everything is fine. Every other shoe I own I have know issues with. These shoes are expensive and I cant wear them.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of Asic running shoes direct from the Asics website on November 20, 2023-Asics order number ASCUS47777450. I received the shoes and after wearing them several times I noticed the right foot began to feel weird. I then realized the right foot has a quality discrepancy in the heel which causes it to have a large bump in it. I submitted on 1/29/24 Claim Number ********. It was denied as Asics states this is not a manufacturing discrepancy. I have submitted numerous responses back to them and requested the claim be reopened on 2/21/24 and received a denial again today stating there was nothing wrong with the shoe. It is extremely disappointing that Asics is not standing behind their product-Their latest response states "warranty covers manufacturing defects and not dissatisfaction with what is perceived as a defect with the product. This claim determination has been confirmed and will not be reviewed further."Initial Complaint

Order Number: ASCUS43922626 Order Placed: Jul 16, 2022 at 11:37:23 am I ordered 4 different sizes of shoes for my toddler, so I could simply go to the closet when he needed to go up a size, rather than having to order new shoes all the time. I checked every pair of shoes in the order when I received it (size on box, size listed on tag of shoes). Everything was correct. On 2/13/2024, we opened the K8 size box, cut the tags off, and put them on my 2-yo for the day. We discovered that night that they were actually a size K7 shoe. Asics had sent the wrong size shoe. I contacted customer service and was told they couldn't do anything for me because it was past the 90 day return policy. I told them this was not a return, they made a mistake and needed to make it right. I called and got the same answer, after being put on hold for 20 minutes. I would accept a store credit to purchase a new pair of shoes (which will cost me more). They offered me a 10% discount on regular priced shoes - so it will cost me $36 to order the replacement shoesInitial Complaint

On December 14, 2023 I contacted ASICS customer care US regarding a defective pair of sneakers.My daughter received the sneakers as a Christmas gift December 2022. She did not start using them until December 2023. I sent all the pictures requested, the sole of the sneakers, the top of them and the side on one of the sneakers that caused my daughter a great blister and a lot of pain, I even sent in a picture of the side of her foot where she had a huge blister and I also sent in a picture of the side of the sneaker still ****** from the huge blister. I purchased a pair of Asics sneakers (Order # ASCUS45823909) on 7/2/2023. I only recently tried wearing them inside my house and almost immediately encountered foot and heel pain. I attempted to file a warranty claim due to an obvious defect and was told there was no issue. I paid $180, the shoes are brand-new with original packaging and I am unable to wear them. On December 26,2023 , *************************, order 1 pair of Gel- Kayans 29 tennis shoe from the ASICS website for a Christmas present & received them through the mail order, but wasnt completely satisfied with this purchase, because of a defective right shoe fitting wrong/ defective different! I reached out to customer support & they replied with needing photos , so I wrote a brief of ****************** pictures of the shoes , but they continued to request more pictures 3 times before they ruled on not honoring this purchase & the issue I , the customer have experienced with this pair of Gel- Kayano 29. I disagree with this decision, first of all, the completely satisfied is the companys policy & secondly, I have a defective pair of tennis shoes that are less than a month old & have ask for an exchange, so being said, I find this repulsive and unnecessary & want to file this complaint with the BBB and have reached out to the bank , Synchrony to dispute the charges. I have reached out to customer support to get the correct information to return this sale back , but they have removed their website & its no longer available to correspond with them.Initial Complaint

On Jan. 01, **** I placed an order for a pair of shoes on the official ASICS website. Everything went smoothly up until the ASICS carrier never delivered the package. The package was ****ed delivered and as soon as I saw this I went down to the mailbox to check. The package was nowhere in sight. It was not by my door, the mailroom, the package hub that my apartment has or the main office. I read on the order confirmation email that sometimes carriers **** the package delivered before they even arrive to the destination. This struck me as odd but no big deal. I waited an additional 8 hours. No sign of the package. I contacted ASICS customer service to see if I could get a replacement for the shoes since the carrier never arrived. It's important to note that I opted for a replacement since I used a disposable gift card to place the order originally and refunds cannot be sent back to them. After multiple phone calls and emails reassuring me that a replacement was on the way, ASICS still has not sent one and they have stopped replying to me. This complaint is in regard to case number ******** and order number ASCUS48076830. I returned 4 pair of new, unworn shoes on Jan 4. ASICS received and sent confirmation of the return Jan 12; however, they only reimbursed me for 3 pair ($272.40) and not 4. When I called to inquire, they stated the 4th pair may have not been received and could not be verified. I returned all 4 pair in the same return box. Its impossible for them to not have this pair of shoes. I called and emailed several times. They are not willing to help process the last return amount of $96.02 for some reason. I have been a loyal customer for the past decade and am surprised with their poor customer service and not verifying receipt of all 4 pair of shoes I returned. I am asking for them to credit the last pair of shoes back to my account.Initial Complaint

Asics was contacted to cancel an order within their allowable window of cancellation. Service representative informed me my purchase would be cancelled and to reorder item properly. I reordered my item and am now told my original cancellation cannot be cancelled and I'm stuck with both items.Initial Complaint

On December 3rd I placed and order online to pick up at a store in a nearby city. After not receiving any updates on Dec 15, I contacted the customer service line to find out the store was closed and the order was on the way back to the warehouse. I asked for my money to be refunded but was informed the refund could not be processed until the the package had arrived at their warehouse and then a **** day processing time would have to occur. At this time there is not ETA when that package will arrive to there warehouse. The error was on their part for allowing an order to go through for a closed store, I was never notified of the error until I called and my money has been held and will continue to be held despite never receiving the product. And when dealing with customer service I was told I held responsibility for not ensuring the store was actually open. Their lack to promptly notify the consumer or refund the order after the error was discovered withholding funds unnecessarily and fraudulently.
