Purchased wrestling shoes on 11/26 Shoes showed returned to manufacturer on 12/2 due to bad address. This address had been used before so not sure what the problem is. Called customer service and asked how I could get shoes re-shipped. They said that it must be returned to them and refunded for repurchase or 10 days out from loss to re-ship / re-purchase. Requested a call back from a supervisor. Called back on 12/11. Shoes still show in transit to manufacturer and I still have not received a call back as of today 12/12. This is a Christmas present and I am running out of time.Initial Complaint

Asics is using deceptive business practices and false advertising to promote its one-day sale on Monday, December 11, 2023. Not all of the colors of a style are on sale, but all colors are displayed on the merchant's website as an inducement to purchase merchandise, Once placed in the shopping cart, the ************" only works on certain select styles/colors. This is unfair to the consumer. When I called to ask about honoring the sale price for the color I selected, I was placed on a very lengthy hold. When I then requested to cancel my order, Asics customer service said it had been more than 15 minutes and I could not cancel the order. I will have to wait to receive it and then pay $4.99 to return the shoes. **************** was also not able to provide a physical address or an email address to contact the merchant's corporate offices. I would like a full refund of the purchase price, as well as the return shipping fees, and I would like Asics to stop misleading customers with its false advertising and misleading and deceptive business practices. They have wasted my money and my time and I hope other consumers are spared this.Initial Complaint

My wife purchased a pair of sneakers (model: 1011A561) for me from ******* a few months back. I recently started wearing them during normal life activity. After a couple of weeks of wearing these sneakers, the very front of the sole by the toe started coming off the right sneaker. I contacted Asics customer service, provided them all details and several pictures. At the end, they said they could not even consider the claim without a physical receipt. My response to that was: That is kind of BS that you do not stand by your product without a receipt. It is CLEARLY an Asics product. It is clearly defective. Tread is clearly ***********. Even if you gave me a site credit for the lowest price these retailed at I would be happy. Of course I am not looking for full price; how could I without the receipt. But EVERY other retailer and manufacturer stands by their product to a certain extent. And if no receipt they give you either A. what it's worth or B. lowest price it has retailed at. I do not know anybody that saves their receipts after a couple of months of purchasing 40$ sneakers. I could see if this was a super expensive item, but a $40 pair of sneakers? Give me a break. I am not asking for much here. If you return an item to a large retailer without a receipt, they give you credit for the lowest price they have sold the item for recently. I just want to be treated fairly and I don't think that is happening here.I sent all my pictures to the customer service email which I am sure they now have on file. If you need them again I will send.Initial Complaint

I bought Asics " fast feet" mens shoes about 6 months ago. I just started wearing it about two weeks ago.I use for daily walking about 5 mile/ day. I noticed after two weeks inside of shoe started wearing out . sole, and everything else is ok. It's very uncomfortable to wear this shoes. I called asics and reply to them with all their questions. They keep asking more and more question and trying to avoid their responsibility.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 pairs of ASICS shoes on August 7th. One pair of Novablast 3's and one pair of Gel-Nimbus 25's. The Novablasts 3's are amazing. The Gel-Nimbus's were amazing for the first couple weeks but I am not longer able to wear them. I reached out to ASICS who promptly denied my warranty claim without much information. I pushed them for additional information and explanation on their decision. The email chain has gone back and forth for 20 emails now with ASICS making claims as low as "This type of damage can be caused by the shoes being put on incorrectly even 1 time..." They have not yet been able to explain the "damage" they are referring to in the images I shared. Seems to me if a shoe can become unwearable by putting it on incorrectly (not sure how that is actually possible) that would be the definition of a manufacturing defect. I also expressed that if this had happened on the first or second use I would have promptly returned them as that is not acceptable for a pair of $160 shoes. ASICS response was, " In regard to how quickly the damage occurred and your ability to return, we only accept returns on brand new items in their original condition, so even if the damage occurred the first time you put the shoe on it would not have been able to be returned."If short, no matter how you spin this your screwed. You can't return the shoes if you put it on, and if you put it on "incorrectly" which "damages" the shoes it isn't covered by warranty meaning there is no warranty. At this point I don't really even care if ASICS remedy's the situation as long as other people can see and learn from my experience and appropriately take their business to literally anywhere else. I would love to have another pair of Novablasts in the future as they have been my favorite shoe thus far but at this point ASICS has provided every reason possible to not do business with them going forward.Initial Complaint

I called the business as I was not getting the order total I should have been after applying a voucher code. I emailed before and after pictures of my cart to the agent I spoke with, which prove I am only saving $40 by using the $50 voucher that was given to me earlier this year. I requested to send them to her while she was on the phone with me, as she was not adjusting the order total as she should have been. The business clearly has taken no initiative to have an actual place for the customer to enter their voucher code at check-out, which easily could be created right above or below where it asks if you have a promo code. Instead, they chose to be lazy and made the voucher codes applicable via the promo code section. This code being entered in the form of a promo code, clearly factored out the $10 for my birthday month, which as you can see I was automatically receiving towards my order before entering the code. It is not a promo code, it is a voucher code. The agent acknowledged the screenshots of my cart before and after entering the code, and yet she still tried to justify the new order total, which made absolutely no sense, instead of just giving me the extra $10 off as she should have. As she heard the change in my tone as I started getting extremely aggravated as rightfully so, she started raising her voice while repeating herself and kept talking her dumb nonsense over me. She left me no choice but to hang up on her. I hope that $10 was worth it, because aside from filing this complaint, I am contacting Consumer Affairs. This is just absurd and unacceptable that I keep having issues with this company and they make me go through hoops to get said issues resolved. These people should be ashamed of themselves. After I go through these complaint processes and I get what I should have been getting in the first place, I will never buy another Asics shoe in my life. So again, I hope that $10 was worth it, because they just lost a lifetime customerInitial Complaint

Purchased a pair of ******************* Resolution 9 mens size 11 STYLE 1041A453001 from an Asics Online Retailer. Purchase DAT Aug 14, 2023.First time wearing the shoes was Oct 16, 2023 wear I notice a popping sound coming from the left shoe with every step. The upper material toe box creases when walking and then snaps back into place making a popping noise with every step. I contacted Asics *** to dispute and provided details as well as a video. They rejected my warranty claiming the online retailer is not an authorized seller of their products. Nonetheless, the issue is with their product and it's an obvious design flaw. They refused to response to me after rejecting my claim. Im asking for a full refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a brand new pair of Asics Gel Revolution 9. During my first court play in them, I could tell something was wrong. A minor defect in the stitching caused the right shoe to rub, making it unwearable. A clear manufacturing defect: I submitted a warranty claim. It was rejected without reason.
