      They deserve a negative start. This company is a complete rip off. I ordered my daughter shoes for school on 06/23/2024. They have a hold on my card for $107. Here it is 06/29/2024 and I havent received any shipping or tracking number via email. I called customer service that is 24 hours and was told that the shoe is on back order and will not be shipped out until 07/07:2024. SCHOOL STARTS 07/05/2024. And the representative proceeds to tell me that if I dont get a tracking number by that date that means the shipping date will be pushed back even longer. I want to know what kind of business allows their customers to continue to buy a shoe when they know they dont have the inventory to fulfill the orders and to continue to take hard earned money from their customers is just very much TRIFLING as it comes. I had to call to get this information. No email no update or anything. Im sitting here waiting on a back order shoe for my daughter. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. And to not offer or give back the money because its passed the cancelation time is DIABOLICAL. I have to just sit and wait for a shoe to come and dont even know when it will be shipped. CRAZY BUSINESS!!!

      Their return policy states "we want you to be completely satisfied with your asics purchase" but the company's actual return policy does makes it impossible if you actually have a problem with their product.

      On January 23, 2024, I purchased the ASICS GEL-Dedicate 8 Tennis Shoe White/Antique *** in size 9 D (M) from Zappos.com, with the ***** B0BZDVFVPV.Regrettably, after wearing the shoes for just over a month, I have observed a severe deterioration in their quality. Specifically, there is now a hole on the bottom of the sole and on the front toe box of the left shoe. Additionally, the soles of both shoes have become completely smooth, compromising traction and safety during play.I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase, as I expected a higher level of durability and performance from ASICS tennis shoes. I primarily use these shoes for pickleball and engage in play sessions only 2-3 times a week. Given the frequency of use and the relatively short duration of ownership, I am shocked by the extent of the deterioration.I was hopeful that these shoes would last me at least three months, if not longer, but the current state of the product falls far short of my expectations. As a loyal customer of **********************, I trust in the quality and reliability of your products, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed.

      If I could give them less than one star, I would. I ordered several sizes of shoes for my toddler so I wouldn't have to be constantly ordering - I wanted to be able to go to the closet when he outgrew his shoes and get the next size. I checked the order when I received it. Everything was correct. A year later, when I got to the last pair/largest size of shoes that I had ordered, I discovered that they had sent the wrong pair. The box and tag were the correct sizes, but looking at the tongue of the shoe, they were the wrong size. I contacted customer service and they keep telling me they can't do anything because it's past their 90 day return policy. This is NOT a return, it is simply requesting that they correct THEIR mistake.

      Asics customer service is terrible. I do like ********************** but I try and purchase from a 3rd party seller (Nordstrom, Amazon). I have ordered from this company website, was overcharged and basically told too bad. Their links in their email correspondence do not work. I attempted to cancel my order and was told it was too late even though it was in 10 minutes.

      I have worn ASICSs gel katanas for 20+ years. *** never had a pair I disliked. However, I recently purchased the gel nimbus in WHITE for $179 from dicks.The shoes are great. However, Ive never worn in wet weather or even been around dirt. After 2 weeks, they are filthy. They are literally black with dirt.The only time theyve seen the outdoors was on pavement. These shoes have NO ABILITY TO RESIST STAINING.The customer service team said it was not a defect and they wouldnt do anything to help me. They recommended applying a cleaner (Ive tried many) and then to apply my own stain resistance productfor 2 week old shoes!Dont buy these shoes!I never will again. 25 year customer waving goodbye to asic.

      I order a pair of shoes online 30 days ago and I still do not have my shoes. I am a military service member and needed the running shoes but ASICS failed me. I called ASICS provided my order number and asked what was the status of my order and I was told the order showed a label was created, so I asked for a refund and the costumer service representative said I needed to wait 46 days and call back before they can consider giving me a refund. I told the costumer service representative that I will be reporting the incident to the Better Business Bureau and representative hanged up on me.This the last time I will buy shoes from ASICS.

      My daughter has a pair of Asics sneakers that have only been worn a handful of times because it is a light pink and her not wanting to get them dirty. Unfortunately, the most recent time she wore them she was helping her recently disabled (amputee) father with yard work and they got dirty.Last week, I washed the sneakers and one pair the inner and outer arch area completely disintegrated making the shoe unwearable. I contacted **************** regarding the shoe submitting pictures. They claimed that because it was a month exceeding the warranty expiration we did not qualify for a replacement. This is a DEFECTIVE shoe.ASICS lack of standing by their product shows a lot.This was a complete waste of money and time.Thanks for nothing ASICS.Date of experience: September 14, 2023

      they have the worst warranty ***** my kayano fell apart within a month and nothing is worn in. they refuse to replace . they do not do inspection unless you go into a store and for me its over an hour away in each direction

      I am a long time asics customer. I have bought MANY pairs of ********************** over the years. Never had I had issues before because most of their shoes were quality until I bought my first pair thru their road tested shoes. This shoe should not have passed their inspection!! Gently used items? No! It was so flat. squishy and no arch support.that I cant use it. ThEY SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE SHOE! They refuse to return or at least exchange. ******* named ******** suggested that I sell it. THATS UNETHICAL! ! I WIOULD NEVER SELL A DEFECTIVE SHOE TO SOMEONE ELSE!. I cant believe she suggested that. All I wanted was to exchange a defective item and Im a 10 year + asics customer. ********************** needs to do the RIGHT THING
