      Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When using Apple Pay to place an order, Apple Pay entered an old shipping address into the form order I placed. ASICS supposedly gives you 15 minutes to cancel an order; however, the link on their website they provide to cancel an order does not work. When telephoning them, they claim they are unable to cancel an order or change your address. They supposedly provide you with a link to pick up your package at a ***** location, but unsurprisingly, that link is defective as well.Needless to say, we will be switching to Hoka in our household - and it looks like I am out the money for my ASICS purchase. They've earned their F from the Better Business Bureau.

      **************** Outlet Asics store was very helpful as it was first time trying Asics sneakers. Although the store did not carry 2E width, I made a few orders online to find the correct fit. Therefore I had to return a couple of orders. Returns were easy through ****** I got anxious about a couple of orders so I did follow-up with customer service who were very responsive and helpful. Refunds took within 1 to 6 business days of their warehouse receiving them. I have now made the switch to Asics Gel Kayano as a long time wearer of New Balance's 990.

      Multiple friends, including myself, who purchased ***** sneakers have had a hole pushed thru the mesh portion of the front of the sneaker within months of owning them; in which they were only worn at sporadic workouts. When notified, the company completely denied the issues or to do any kind of reimbursement, even after having sent them sneaker pictures and receipts of purchase. These are the worst sneakers, and the worst customer service possible. I would never purchase their brand again, and I will be sure to advise as many people I can of the same.0 / minus 0 rating

      Top 3 worse customer service in my experience. Ordered 2 pairs of Nimbus 25 and one color fits a lot smaller than the the other. Checked both label in the shoe and on the box, and it says Mens 9.5, but putting both shoes side by side, it is much shorter than the other, yet both are labeled 9.5. Called customer service about the issue and questioned if they would ***** me back the discount if I reorder since this is clearly not my error, but company QC error. The person on the other line *****ed the discount and emailed me a return shipping label. I reordered and saw the screen at checkout with the discount applied. I repackaged the wrong pair and I even included a photo and a note saying, why is this labeled 9.5 if it is much shorter than the other shoes? I received an email confirmation on my reorder, but didn't bother to check.A couple of days ago, while still waiting for my shipment to come, I happened to check on my bank transactions and saw the credited returned shoes, but also saw a debit of a higher amount which appears to be the full price + tax. I immediately contacted Asics about it. They said they cannot ***** the discount because it was no longer deemed as "first order". They did not even bother escalating for a customer done wrong even though it was clearly the company's QC's fault of mislabeling since in their eyes, the "first order" no longer applies and they don't have an exchange policy. So because of their error, I got charged full price. To top things off, when the shipment came, they sent me a size 9 and it was still too snug and not enough toe room. Invoice says 9.5 and no one QC'd what was being sent.I again called them to email me another return package for a refund and this time, I'm not reordering because I'm still paying full price. I also won't be buying any Asics brand product from here on out. I'm a first-time customer of ******************** and this is the experience I received. They did me wrong twice over one pair of shoes. Rating = ZERO.

      Should be a zero not a one. Company baited and switched. Said coupon code and free shipping. When out everything in cart did all the information for shipping and added credit card it was all in there for discount hit order now. After order now they showed the price and it was back to full price and no free shipping. Called and rep hardly spoke English, said sorry computer is down cant cancel order but she was able to see my order. If your computer is down you shouldnt be able to see my order - she refused to let me speak to a manager and refused to cancel it. **** wait to get them then return them and in about a month I would receive my money back. Company should be shut down. **************** *****. Bait and switch is illegal

      Shoes are the worst quality. Mesh tears very easily after 6 months. In soles and cushioning (both foam and gel) do not hold up after proper wear. They still do business in ******, in light of the atrocities happening in the *******.

      Horrible customer service! Purchased a pair of running shoes that were defective and they will not exchange or refund. Only wore them twice and cannot wear due to defect of the heal on the left shoe. Spent over $160 on a pair of unwearable running shoes. Pictures submitted with obvious defect and was told nothing is wrong with the shoe. Would not recommend this company!

      Very poor customer service. My husband's white golf ********************** turned yellow due to defect in material (2nd time this has happened) and they will not replace them or even offer partial credit towards purchase of new pair. The first time it happened they were replaced; they admitted the defect and said the issue had been resolved. Guess what, not resolved! Replacement pair has same issue and now exchange is not an option. Very inconsistent messages. Shame to lose customers for not doing the right thing.
