5 starsI was very happy with the help that I received from ********************. This is the way customer support should always be. He answered all my questions, emailed and called me with updates. I appreciated the courtesy and the professional way I was treated. This makes such a difference when dealing with a business and purchasing a product. Thank you so much. I am so grateful. Horrible experience with this company. I do NOT recommended anyone purchase anything from them ever. I placed an order. Contacted Senior.com 5 days later to see when my items would ship, they told me they would call me back. Never received a call back. They told me 3 times that they would call me back, to no avail, so I decided to cancel the order and purchase my items elsewhere. They would not cancel my items, they would not refund my money and they would not help in any way to resolve this issue. They gave me the runaround saying that they contacted the manufacturer of the item and they were waiting for a callback, but I had contacted the manufacturing company directly, and they told me that item was out of stock. So again I reached out to Senior.com asking for a refund to no avail. The only thing they would ever say is that they had to reach out to the company and that would take 24 to 48 hours and they will call me back. I ended up calling my bank and filing a complaint. I finally received my money today, but I strongly caution anyone from purchasing anything from this company. I strongly suggest you ignore the fake positive reviews posted here.

I am terribly sorry you had such a horrible experience. I wanted to look up your order to better assist you and to see what went wrong in our breakdown of communications so we can learn from this but I do not see an order under ********************** or your name *******************.
