    I sent a question to customer service via a chat connection online. I received an automated response confirming receipt of my request within about 15 minutes (early A.M. hours). Less than 12 hours later, I received an email from a specific person at Senior.com answering my question. The question had to do with the functionality of the backrest (padded bar). The answer was clear and concise and exactly what I needed. A 6-minute video clip explaining the functionality of the entire rollator was also attached to the email. The video clip confirmed the explanation from customer service, and provided additional information that was beneficial.

    prompt response and great customer service. Im still waiting on my return to be reversed but when I contact customer service they respond and are able to advise where I am in their return process

    I would like to also notify anyone thinking of purchasing something from Senior.com. My advise is be sure to get exactly what you want first try because trying to return anything will be a 2 month process. It will involve many many phone calls and many customer service people who will all apologize to you right before they say they'll need to talk the their supervisor about your problem. When you ask to talk to that supervisor you will be dropped. One of the issues is you have to wait for a credit before you reorder the item you really want (different size or whatever) that will take forever! I regret buying anything from this place and so I am passing this info on to you before you go down this road.

    I placed an order early October 2023 for my husband who was struck by a drunk driver. The driver that hit him was killed. My husbands been dealing with chronic pain since the accident. Its tragic to me a company like this at target seniors is a total fraud. my husband is not a senior just someone in chronic pain and I chose to order through this company, thinking it was a small business (as opposed to giving my money to Amazon). I couldve literally ordered from anywhere. This product can be found in countless places. After not receiving order, I reached out, took them two months to respond told me they did not have the color in stock offered a different color. I agreed to go ahead and keep the order, but still never received. Ive been online in a chat, waiting for someone who never comes, *** made phone calls and left voicemail and receive no callbacks and no one answers. As a person that owns a small retail business, I try to shop with other small businesses and this ***** everybody.

    Would definitely give zero stars if possible! I placed an order for bed buddy **** warmers- one pair lavender and one pair lavender mint in December 11. It said it was ready the same day and expected to be delivered December 18 even though the website advertises faster shipping. The tracking information never worked. When I used the chat to inquire about my order, I was given different tracking information with a December 23 delivery. On December 23 I only received one of my items and this one has still never arrived! These were supposed to be Christmas gifts for people. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company, and their absolute terrible service. Trying to speak with people via chat, email, and phone call was very difficult and time consuming with large delays in their response times. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will never order from them again!

    DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!! If anything goes wrong they will not answer the phone. Will not read your email to answer the direct questions you ask. They give you the same response no matter how many times you send the question to be answered. I have every email sent.If I had it to do over I would not deal with this company.

    Returns are very bad. Emailed the company that I was going to return the item because it was way to large and no support at all, have emailed them twice with no response. Believe me I will not order from them ever again and will advise my many friends not to order from them also.

    Well if i could get away with 0 stars to write a review about seniors.com i would. Well,i just seen the other people on here poor reviews about senior's.com. But,like everyone else i done ordered and looks like i'm going to be ripped off too with a 15% restocking fee. I ordered the do it yourself bottom dentures from senior.com. I have not even received the package yet. Hoping to catch Fed-ex before they drop this garbage off at my door and re-fuse the package. It's not like i have the package in my hand and then decide to send it back,this is wrong! These people need to be stopped 15% is over $35.00 fee for a so called restocking fee! I am on disability and this has fianancially hurt me bad!
